Booked b very last minute for my daughter and her baby to stay after her flight was diverted to Nice then her train just stopped at Fréjus. Her dad went to join them to bring them back the next day. The flexibility of the entrance system really worked well for this slight emergency. I didn’t stay there but they said it was fine.

I liked the bathroom being separate from the bedroom (as most ibis budgets have the shower cubicle directly in the bedroom!). The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of shower gel and shampoo for our whole stay. Continental breakfast was good.

Staff were horrendous. Place filthy dirty. Facilities dreadful. Questionable people & activities. Didn't feel safe any time I left my room. Property doesn't deserve any star rating and should be removed from your listing immediately.

On this occasion I went to this one because it said it doesn't allow pets, but that's a lie, there was a German shepherd at reception at 8 p.m., which is also the same space for breakfast, this dog was possibly on the property and when I came back from dinner I saw another person with another dog. When I arrived at 5pm in the afternoon I didn't see any of this, otherwise I would have gone to another hotel asking for a full refund, but it was too late to look for another one. I informed Booking that same night and to date the description has not been modified, very badly, both on the part of the hotel and Booking itself. This is the second problem I have on this trip with Booking reservations, the information is inaccurate or outright a lie. On the elevator itself it says that animals are not accepted in the breakfast room, but the same elevator is in that same room. Inadmissible. This is why the score is so low. I am editing since I have received a private message from the hotel insulting me. Here is demonstrated the category of the hotel and those responsible for it. Now they have changed in the features that already accept pets, but before that did not put it, instead of apologizing or just not saying anything, they just insult by private message, I congratulate them and of course I have changed the score. Now it is even lower.

I have never written a review online before as but this hotel was so poor I felt I needed to say something about it. Firstly the hotel only has part time reception staff and there was no one there when we arrived in the afternoon. This meant we had difficulties getting into the hotel as we had no idea and had been given no indication that you needed to use the machine near the entrance to book in digitally and were only able to get in when helped by a very friendly cleaner. Onto the room itself. Again, I am realistic and knew it was a budget hotel so wasn't expecting too much but what is provided doesn't even reach budget standard. We had booked for three people but our room has only 2 towels (both small). We had only 2 pillows between three of us and the double bed had no bedsheet. This did not change for the entire three days we were there. Our room was also not cleaned the entire three days we were there which meant the one very small bin provided was filled very quickly and we had to use carrier bags to put our rubbish in. On leaving the hotel I mentioned this to the reception staff and was told that you have to request to have your room cleaned. This is ludicrous (I have never had to do this and have stayed in budget hotels before) and also, there was no indication of this when we booked/checked in. They even provided a door-hanger that said please clean the room which we hung on the door every day. Why provide this if you still have to ask for the room to be cleaned. I really enjoyed Frejus and St Raphael (both lovely towns) but if I ever visit again I will give this hotel a swerve.
