It’s a little pricey

Very convenient location on Autoroute for overnight stop. Checkin staff very pleasant and helpful. On-site restaurant opened late. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Being told upon arrival that the price that I quoted was wrong and that I had to pay more. After showing my confirmed booking with price on my phone (Booking.com app) the receptionist took my phone into a back room, eventually returning to say that it was OK. I ended up paying one or two euros more but I wasn't going to quibble. The hotel was looking dated and drab and hasn't seen an upgrade for years. I've been coming here for over ten years and haven't seen one. I think that I only come here for the excellent restaurant.

The restaurant attached was basic but okay. Waitress was very grumpy and impatient wanting our orders. Breakfast had a good selection but at 7am things were running out and not replaced at all.

The staff were very friendly and let us put cheese we had bought in their fridge. I was worried that you would be able to hear the autoroute traffic but nothing, you would have no idea it was on the autoroute. We also didn't need to open the windows at 34°c outside.

Basically the attached services to the hotel. The gentleman’s toilets were out of order in most urinals and lots of water over the floor. Plus the toilets were dirty and it looked like the had not been cleaned the following morning by 08:30. Floor in the eating part of the services had been cleaned but there was still food debris in the grouting between the floor tiles.

as the room was quite pricey they could have included at least a kettle and some snack (such as an invidually wrapped biscuit) and some tea bags.These cost very little and they elevate the quality of the impression of the room as people can have a cup of tea in their own room . Yes, there was a bar,a shop and a restaurant within the hotel.However the staff that was managing the hotel reception was also managing the bar and the shop and the queue was extremely long.If you had to check in or check out , or pay for 1 tea/coffee o buy a bottle of water you all had to be in the very long queue so having the chance to make a cup of tea in the room would have saved all this hassle and made a good impression

despite an extremely busy hotel,restaurant,bars my room was really soundproof and I could sleep like a baby, just as I wanted as I was really tired and needed a break from driving on a long road trip.The room was great, clean and stilish, just a bit pricey.The location ,too was great ,near the motorway and with a pond full of frogs , it was a cute spot.Inside there were a lot of facilities: a restaurant, a bar, a shop.
