Breakfast was alright, it is not its high point, but OK

I loved the location in a very French area. It's not a tourist-focused area, you have to take the train to go to the turistic center, but being off the central path means you live among locals, which is very nice. I went for work so it was good. Rooms are very spacious for a Parisian hotel. Around the Hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and stores. You are right in front of the Seine. The personnel are very nice, all of them, above average in terms of French customer service.

The heating / cooling system cannot be adjusted by the guest in the room, you have to contact reception. I stayed in the winter time, so there was only heating available through the system. Even without my room's heating on, the room would get very warm and I would need to open windows to cool it down. This may not be ideal for someone who is temperature sensitive when sleeping.

The location is very convenient for central Paris and La Defense - both only about 5 mins away on a regional train (which are lovely and modern). The hotel is very close to the train station. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping was great. The room was modern, spacious, clean and had great facilities (good storage and a kitchenette). I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again on a future visit.

Family room with very limited view. Breakfast was very poor, recommend to avoid it. In five days of stay the towels were changed only once. Noise problem from the passes of public transport train. Kitchen appliances were only for decoration.

It was a very decent, spacious and clean room. I enjoyed my staying.

Not a dislike more a be aware that the shower is like a waterfall so best to be in the shower with the door closed before you turn it on.

Welcome on arrival, Nancy and Maria helped with checkin and arranged to have our rooms available just before the normal check in time of 3pm. We got an upgrade and the rooms were perfect for our stay. Modern, spacious room, really comfortable beds, Marble floor to ceiling in the large bathroom and a small kitchen area for longer stays and an 80” TV just in case you wanted to stay in a watch TV when in Paris! We were there for RWC23 so it was only an overnight stay with our two daughters in the teens so we had two rooms and they both had river views and very very comfortable. I have stayed in many Paris Hotels and they can be small and dated. Our rooms 201 and 202 were front of the building and very modern . There is an elevator to each floor and a really nice breakfast area where Jade was serving and helped out with a tray so I could take some crossaints and orange juice up to the teenagers.

The most thing I like the assistant from Maria, she is very nice and helpful person. She deserves bonus due to her attitude and assistance. The hotel itself is nice and cheaper than other hotels in regards of summer season.

It’s always so clean. Staff are sooo lovely: and always go above and beyond for me whenever I’m in town. It’s the only place I stay when I’m in london. I left my AirPods last month and they knew I’d be back soon; so they kept them for me. and made sure they were fully charged! it’s the attention to detail that makes the stays here spectacular.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The food refills were a bit slow, but that is ok. I ate less! The fresh juice and cheeses were really good.

None of the kitchen appliances work. Also TV’s a little small and a lil slow. Room service would be great.
