The property is great. Not the “prettiest Parisian-view” from the front window, but streets behind are pretty with lots of lovely cafes.

Some rooms do not have a separate shower area, which when using the tub can be very difficult for the elderly.

This hotel is a short walking distance to the train station (Gare Montparnasse). A good midway point if you want to explore Paris and its neighbouring cities/towns.

Location perfect for Gare Montparnasse. Comfortable bed, great shower and very clean room. Friendly concierge. Makes best use of the space and even an Eiffel Tower view (top half only). Perfect for a one night stay or as a base for sightseeing.

The room was a little dated. Our room wasn’t ready at checkin time. We had to walk into the cleaners corridor to reach our room & then had to step over vacuum cleaner, cleaning products & dirty towels.

Bit more space in the room. We also booked 2 x twin rooms and 1 double room but on arrival was advised that they only had 1 x twin room and the other 2 were doubles. This was very disappointing as we were 5 friends travelling together so it was important to have the two twin rooms. Booking was accepted and paid for so unsure as to why this happened?

Location was excellent for the railway station and metro line was a few minutes walk away. We moved around the city very well from this location. Room was adequate, bit tight for space but we only stayed for one night. We would certainly use the hotel again. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing we didn't like, as expected and we were comfortable. The staff's English was limited so it was hard to ask for options for food or directions.

The location was great, the area of Montparnasse is beautiful surrounded by a lot of restaurants and trees if you are looking for a quieter area without the city noise and pickpockets. Right near the Gare Montparnasse train station and metro, so its great for metro travel (short trip to all the main attractions) and day trips, easy to get around. The room was small with the twin bed, but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great with a rain showerhead. The room had aircon, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe, hair dryer and all of the usual amenities. There was a small lift which was appreciated. We didn't try the breakfast but there is an onsite option if you choose. They also have a luggage holding service if you checkout and need to come back later for your bags.

We were traveling to meet other family and just needed one night in Paris near Montparnasse station. This hotel worked well. Our room was comfortable and clean and near many restaurants. It was close enough for a nice walk to Luxemburg Gardens and San Germaine de Pres.

I booked this hotel for 7 nights. On the first day, the hotel provided 2 bottles of water. The next day, I informed the staff to request 2 more bottles for the second night, assuming the housekeeping had forgotten to provide them, however, the staff inform me that the hotel only provide 2 bottles of water regardless of the number of nights stays,as per their policy. This surprised me because, in my experience with other hotels, they usually provide 2 bottles of water per night. Is this a misunderstanding on my part??
