The pool on the rooftop is very small, there was a piece of cloth from the cleaning lady inside the bed. The balneo bath wasn’t working. We sent an email but no one answered.

It was fantastic having a pool to use, however the chairs around the pool are quite limited. We were lucky to secure chairs most days, but they could definitely do with adding more. The pool water is freezing and very deep and access into the pool is via one ladder in the deepest end which isn’t very practical considering the number of people using the pool. Overall I am still happy that I booked this hotel, as we did use the pool on a daily basis.

The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to the beach, Old Town and shops. The rooms are comfortable with effective air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Shower wasn't great — water went all over the floor.

Was nervous about the room per other reviews, but lucky to have a renovated room which was very nice. Room was comfortable. Location good and close to the beach. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Old town walkable in 20 min. Hotel was easily reachable by the tram from the airport. Rooftop bar was fab!

Rooms dated and a bit tired. Small (we had family room - two double beds and not enough room for anything else). Bathroom okay - again a bit dated and needs redoing. No ventilation / fan in bathroom so clothes didn’t dry well

Great location. Walk from train 15mins, walk to beach 10 mins, tram / underground 7 mins. Lovely area. Loads of restaurants cafes parks and supermarkets within 5 minutes. Breakfast excellent - plentiful, fresh, great coffee, and lots of tables inside and out. Staff super helpful and friendly Gym okay Air con in room good. Fridge provided - essential for water / drinks Ice available 24/7 Poolside area just brilliant. Lots of space, lovely temperature (water cold which was perfect). Bar and food really good. Quite expensive but you pay for service, setting, convenience and quality. We had lunch there on our last day and it was fabulous. Wi fi generally good.

The breakfast didn t have a very good variaty of food and no veggies and healthy foods were served. The maids were speacking little to no English and when we asked for extra shampoo, not only we didn t get it but the garbige bag with trash in it was put on the table our staff was thrown around the room and it wasn t even remotely cleen

The location is very good, close to the beach and the center The swimming pool is ok on the rooftop and the service was great. The staff eas aslo very friendly and the vibe is nice and relaxing

The pool had a depth of 1.85mtrs to 2.4mtrs, making it difficult to relax in. Mostly, people were just clinging to the edge for a short period of time. The shower rose in the bathroom is mounted at knee height, so you can only shower by holding the rose. Maybe not an issue for some people, but l like to have a shower over a bath. There were a few little things broken or not working, some of which were repaired when I asked at the reception. This is a realistic observation of the hotel, and, in summary, It would not stop me from staying here again.

Location and staff were excellent. The rooftop bar and pool area made for the perfect retreat of an afternoon, and the hotel breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was good as an alternative to local cafes. The bed was comfortable, the room was air-conditioned, and quiet, making sleeping easy.

Parking was difficult to navigate. I booked but when we arrived another party had blocked the garage and told us they were full. Confusing how to access the garage upon arrival so ended up just parking in the street. Instructions prior to arrival would have helped. Wished the pool and jacuzzi area was bigger as guests had just popped their towel on chairs to book.

Really convenient location, around the corner from Promenade Des Anglais. Room was very clean and the balcony was lovely to sit outside for take away and a drink. Room was also very quiet for being right at the heart of the city.

We stayed in a junior suite and the mirror was on the back of the door in the area where the sofa/sofa bed was located, the room would benefit from a dressing table/mirror where the beds are.

The room was decent though online from pictures it seemed bigger than it actually was. Was a bit disappointed with the property. The 5th Floor seems like it requires maintenence and upgradation. The walls seem old and dirty.

I thought there could be a few more sun beds around the pool.

Very courteous staff throughout the hotel. Loved the location of the hotel- very close to the tram and beach. Breakfast was excellent- choice and quality very good.
