Some smell as I was entering the room every time. Not sure what was it. The room was clean through

Location was good and the room was big enough for one person.

No fridge. It was a bit weird having to ring front reception to turn on/off the air conditioner as they control of it.

Close to the train station which worked well for our travels. Very friendly and helpful staff and the the breakfast was well stocked and enjoyable.

You have to call the reception to turn the AC on or off / change the temperature. The AC is also a bit loud it you don’t sleep with earbuds.

Very good location - about a 10min walk to Lyon Part-Dieu Station and even less to the metro. With a free upgrade to a king/queen size room, I absolutely got my moneys worth. Rooms are very well equipped and very comfortable, they are generally kept clean.

Broken handle on the door, funky smell in the bathroom and impossible to close the door.

Staff was really nice and although the room was small, it was cozy. And also, could barley here the trains. Breakfast was nice!

Bathroom door was stuck open so there was little privacy. Eventually we used a coffee stir stick and force to pry it out of the wall to close it but it took two people (one of which is an engineer). Very small room so it was hard to move around with luggages and two people.

Good location from the train station. Comfortable bed and pillow- I slept great. Friendly staff.

The room is smaller than I was expecting it to be. If you are a big person, have this in mind. The bed is fine, but the bathroom and elevators are quite small. This can be sort of uncomfortable at times, but nothing terrible. I would still stay at this hotel again when visiting Lyon.

The hotel is generally good. The highlight is the staff, super friendly and attentive. I was also able to leave my bag after checkout, and they took care of it while I waited for the train. Lyon Part-Dieu is super close to the hotel. The breakfast is good and just exactly what you need, including a selection of cheese and good quality coffee. It seems like the guests' vibe at this hotel is also nice, friendly, and chilled.

I realised after checking put that I have booked room on balcony side but did not get it. In the room the toilet was broken. The cups were dirty.

Because we came by train, the location was good. Breakfast was also as much as needed.

It was very hot outside - 38 degrees - and the room was uncomfortably hot, but that's not really the fault of the hotel! We were only given one small bottle of water for the two of us and had to ask for more. Could have done with more tea bags, too!

This lovely little hotel was great for a one night stopover on our journey by train, It was less than a 10 minute walk from Lyon Part Dieu. Room was small but adequate, with a comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was superb - a huge range of hot and cold food. The hotel doesn't serve dinner, but we found a great Japanese restaurant around the corner. It was 38 degrees when we were there, so we didn't want to venture further.

The air-conditioner is controlled by the hotel staff. So you need to ring the front desk to have it lowered to the temp you want.

Perfect for a stop over. Close to the station.

Just the common problem of many hotels with poor layout. A huge sink in the bathroom but no vanity space because of. it, the whole bathroom was small. I thought the price of 7E for a glass of wine down in the lobby was very high and I bought a small bottle of wine at Monoprix to enjoy in my room the 2nd night. Another common problem with hotels these days is now that we have hard sided luggage, it's hard to find space to lay it open. Have to use the desk.

The location to the train station and other transportation was good. It was comfortable enough for one person. The hotel was fine for me for a couple of nights. The gal at the front desk was helpful.

The aircondition was very noisy and the carpet had an unpleasant smell and felt sticky. The manager or owner was a bit suspicious of the guests and one employee was lazy. No room for the second suitcase.

There was a regular noise coming from the air conditioning system, which we advised reception of. Hopefully that will have been resolved.

The location was very handy to the train station, the bike hire place and shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to store a bicycle in the garage.
