The location is the only small downside, its not a very pretty location but Avignon centre is a short drive and parking is not difficult to find even for a 4x4. Once inside the hotel grounds they have done everything possible to make it pretty and a relaxing place to be.

The room was perfect with a small balcony outside too. Great shower, bath and two sinks in bathroom! The pool outside was nice, a good size and lots of trees for natural shade. The inside pool and sauna were also great, usually very quite in there too. Breakfast was also very nice.

There were big differences between the old and new rooms with balconies yet the price was the exact same for both rooms however enormous differences in size standard and facilities.The older rooms with balcony (same price) were smaller with a shower over bath which is difficult for older people to access. However the shower was good. UBER into Avignon was on average €20 each way. There is no shuttle bus.

The staff Henry, Sophia and the General manager were all lovely and very helpful. We raised an issue with the General manager and he rectified it immediately. The garden space & pool was lovely. The rooms were clean and had a great team of house keeping staff. The reception was great with nice seating space. Breakfast had a good choice of options. Dinner was great. Our flight was delayed and our dinner reservation was moved 1.5 hrs without any issue The new rooms in the hotel were completed to a great standard with generous sized bathrooms containing walk in shower & bath (separate area with wc) and door from bathroom onto veranda. The bedroom was a great size, had electric blinds, robes, coffee maker and fridge in a great space well decorated.

This hotel is in a quiet area with small, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, though the restaurant opens at 7pm for dinner and serves lunch only from Tuesday to Friday 12:00 to 01:30 PM There are no other dining options nearby. Staff are friendly, and a good bus service connects to Avignon’s centre.

Good place for one night stop in Avignon for travellers with car. It was our case. Spacious parking, clean and comfort room, good breakfast. Easy check in and out.

The only negative is that the hotel location is not near any bars/restaurants, that said, the local bus stops right outside the hotel and it is only 1.90 euro pp for the easy 15 min ride to Avignon central station.

Check in process was easy (once we'd navigated the electronic entry system to the car park). Staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was excellent, complete with electric kettle and sundries. The hotel pool was superb as was the spa with free pool towels available. The restaurant was ok but it was easy to use on our first night as the hotel is not located near any easily accessible restaurants/bars. Bed was super comfortable as was the AC. It is a decent hotel to stay in if you've had a long day travelling and have follow on plans.

The location was not ideal - not within walking distance of restaurants. (That is obviously not the fault of the hotel.) The A/C was also leaking onto the floor.

My mother was booked into wrong room then had to move after unpacking her stuff. Restaurant staff lack of knowledge and general serving skills well below par. Fridge in room broken.

The main issue was the room itself. - room was anormaly small with poor view - An upgrade of the room would hv been fairly appreciated (hotel nearly empty, low season) - the leds lamps are grouped with some atrong lamps = impossible to hv only the leds for athmosphear in the room... very weird

The hotel advertises AC which they didn't have available, they claimed to have the AC turn on heating because of the winter season; however mid October was very hot and stuffy in the room, we had to open the windows and there were a lot of mosquitos, when we asked for help they said they couldn't do anything. My husband and I had to go to a supermarket to get an anti-mosquito diffuser so we could sleep at least our last night. To me that's just terrible, when you are expecting to be in a nice hotel which you paid for, the hotel should be able to give you the service they advertised
