Wifi a little slow, not so comfortable beds, at night a light pole from the hotel was shinning very bright in the room, when it rains water is dripping from the ceiling on the floor, there was an air conditioning unit in the room(from the french revolution era) but no air conditioning just working as a fan

Secluded from the city. Citizens might know the easy way to reach it but me for example, arrived at 5AM when no bus nor taxi passed, and had to walk a long while to reach it after taking the metro there.

Showers are not very clean and not very convenent to use, as one has to constantly push a button to keep water flow. Inside the room there is only one small table, so it is not very convenent to work using laptop in there.

Heating no function. Room sound isolation not good. One french family very noisy even at 2AM! The whole building can hear their talking and laughing until 2:30AM! They quatsch and laugh and talk and they don't care about others who were sleeping (I checked in at 1AM so I knew which room and who) and I think they are not rare in France!

Nice reception and helpful. 24h reception. Cheap. Free parking.

Well, you can hear people talking- from your room.

Well, the stuffs were so nice. I really had problem with smoke detector and cooking inside the room. As an asian i cannot survive without rice. So I always carry a rice cooker with me. I tought they would not allow me to cook, yet they did. It was really helpful. And there was a english speaking receptionist(really helped me as a newbie in france for the first time).

Their Website has a bug, which means you can end up booking for the wrong day. No refund possible. You have to contact the paid customer service and they can’t even help you. Booked on booking.com instead but this hotel scammed us basically.

As woman traveing solo, it’s not feeling safe with have in shared shower and toilet with predominantly male guests Lobby is very loud, location is in promo zone basically.

The air-conditioning was barely working. As we couldn't leave our window open (our room was on the ground floor facing a public space) for the night or when we were out, this was very inconvenient. This hotel is not a good idea for summer, maybe it could pass in winter.

Tiny spoons and plastic bowls at breakfast. Rocky woke us up at 4 am.

Nice location next to the canal. Plus it was handy for the metro into Toulouse. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. I loved the wallpaper. We made a new feathered friend, Rocky le Coq.

You folks stole 40 euros from me The original booking was a check out on sunday but due to personal circumstances i wanted to change it to saturday but the app didnt allow me, i went on to contact the hotel directly and they approved it but the app still refused to change the booking dates and refund me the 40 euros and said that its the hotel that refused

Everything, smell bad, not that clean, people seemed to deal drug just in front the entrance. The air contidionnint was making a water sound all the night. And a woman knock at our door early in the morning, i had to get up and open the door, just to hear :"how there is someone in here".
