Wonderful little hotel, very clean and quite and with perfect location. The staff was very friendly and attending. We had room with king bed and single bad, and we were very comfortable in our room, which was great size for the middle of Paris. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again next time.

Nothing major but the shower screen leaks water which makes the bathroom floor wet, but this’s didn’t affect the overall great stay. There was daily room cleaning which helped !

The reception staff are very cheerful and kind The hotel lobby and the room were very clean. Grear location within 5 min walk to nice stretch of cafes and 5-7 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysees

Rooms are very,very small, no place to put your clothes, so you will have it in your bag...i have never been in smaller room. Fact is that it was clean, and position was good for the reason i needed hotel, near congress center.

Slightly cramped being tall I couldn't sit straight on the toilette. There were 3 persons. Lucky we were out all day. Had to drink our tea on our beds.

Location was great.. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value for money and great variety of food options.

The hotel was located near to everything but the actual entrance to the hotel was hard to get to. You can access the entrance by two streets. The first entrance has many stairs you need to take, which is very hard with luggage. Also, it is kind of in an alley and it frequently smells of urine. The second entrance is accessible by a street that is so narrow that drivers have a hard time getting there. The carpet in the hotel and especially the rooms is very dirty and old.

The hotel was at the top of our budget so I'm possibly being a little harsh but... there was only one hook on the back of the bathroom door and no towel rail to hang or dry towels. We were 3 adults staying in a triple room and it was a little cramped. The shower screen was at the end of the bath away from the shower head, strange. The bath could not be used as a bath (no plug) and was a little difficult to get in and out of due to the shower screen and the bath being particularly deep. A grab handle would have been appreciated. Only one bedside table (it was actually the fridge). Very noisy when the windows were open. None of these are big issues and some are outside of the hotels responsibilities. Just niggles. It is a very good hotel!

There was lots to love about the hotel. All areas and towels/bedding were spotlessly clean. All staff were perfect (not something I often encounter)! Friendly, helpful, capable and smiley. They are a massive asset to the hotel. The beds were comfortable. The two sets of windows kept the room very quiet. The small fridge and tea making facilities were appreciated. Decor was stylish and well maintained. Breakfast was extensive, fresh and yummy.

I had a room on the second floor and there was a noise like a ventilator from somewhere, perhaps the roof? It started in the afternoon and went on late into the night. Very bothersome

A small, charming hotel nested in a quiet street off the Avenue Victor Hugo, very near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom small but functional. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast varied, tasty and worth the price. Free wifi. The first room was really tiny & had a shower stall where you could hardly move. The water from the shower kept flooding the floor. We complained & got upgraded to a much larger room with a lovely tub & rain head shower.

The room, service, and hospitality were top. I would've preferred to have had a room with a separate area for our daughter, but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Adfitionally, we had a different expectation of a continental breakfast.

The window of room 204 was not closing properly, or the seal needs to be replace, therefore you could hear the street noise and a little bit of cold was getting in. The shower was very tiny, and I'm 5.1"😁 and the toilette right by the wall....You better be a size 4 or 6 for this bathroom

The staff is friendly and do their best. Location is right by the Arc du Trymph. Two mini markets very close, which it can be handy if travelling wirh kids.
