Very comfy rooms with a balcony. Though we would have thought, looking at the reception, that the rooms would be outdated, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern vibe of the rooms. Breakfast was good though the staff was not that quickly responsive to fill in the trays with bread, eggs etc when they were empty. Location was ideal and we could easily book a parking space for 5€!

Shower water pressure could be a little bit stronger.

Brand newly renovated room (the "Deluxe Double Room"), beautiful balcony and an extremely comfortable bed. Great air condition as well as electrically closing shutters. Very nice bathroom with both a bathtub Jacuzzi and shower with a separate toilet room. Minibar with a choice of drinks. Fantastic breakfast extremely warm, welcoming personal, very tasty cappuccino during breakfast time & a convenient parking location. Definitely will stay here next time I come here.

All was great, nothing bad to report.

Lady at reception was great, she was able to communicate even though we where English, We had a gentlemen meet us to show us where to park our motorbikes. The whole experience was great and i would definitely stay there again.

Very warm in room but this is such a minor complaint don't let it put you off.

What a little gem of a hotel. So friendly and welcoming. Check-in was fast and efficient and breakfast well worth the money. Would definitely recommend it.

Hotel booked at the last minute due to change of plans....In the city centre with fantastic secure parking and dogs welcome! The hotel has been renovated and the rooms and decor quirky....but perfectly fine and spacious! The staff were welcoming and quickly sorted out a room change for us. The hotel was lively with coach passengers and we had a simple but very well cooked dinner at night in the restaurant! We left early so could not rate the breakfast...the city centre of Mulhouse about 10 to 15 minutes flat walk to a lovely square, which on a Sunday afternoon was lively with music and dancing!! Would stay again !

This is the second time in 2 years we have stayed at the hotel when visiting family. It is an exceptional establishment. Although the building dates back to last century, the inside is totally modern with high quality features. From floor to ceiling, everything is perfect and up to date. We had a room with a jacuzzi and a huge shower. The room was so big and the bed comfortable. Do not miss breakfast. You won’t believe the variety an quality of what you get. No wonder bus tours from neighboring countries stop overnight when visiting Alsace. Walking to downtown Mulhouse is a breeze. The hotel has a restaurant where guests only can have a meal. So convenient! The owner is around quite often and very, very nice,

Nothing - it is great!

The room was very spacious and even had a little terrace which was perfect for us as we could sit there while our baby slept. The staff were great and so responsive with our requests. The location was good - walking distance to the centre.

The coffee was subpar.

Pretty room, comfortable bed and big TV. Breakfast was very good, you can boil your own eggs. Underground parking where we could secure our bicycles. Close to a shopping mall with grocery and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.
