First night I noticed a clipped off toe/fingernail on the bathroom floor. Would have been great with more storage solutions, for example shelving and wall hooks in the bathroom and the hall when you first come in through the door. Very expensive for what you got, felt like it was too much to pay an additional fee for breakfast. But it is Annecy where prices are higher, so I was aware of that.

Great location, walking distance to train/bus station and the city center. Comfortable and tidy room. Friendly staff. All in all I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was within walking distance of the bus and train station which was very convenient for me and my child. It was perfectly situated easy access to the town, restaurants and the gorgeous lake.

Rooms were compact, so worked for us but maybe a little tight if you are used to more space. Really was great for us though as we only slept there anyway. Room didn’t have coffee but lobby did! We didn’t have noisy neighbours but potentially you could be unlucky, you can hear sounds from corridor.

Exceptionally clean rooms, good airco (it was at least +35C outside), good bed and sheets. Location was great, 24h reception, available carpark(not included in price) and very close to old center and super easy to arrive with car. New shower and everything very nicely made. Spotless.

There was no wardrobe and not enough sockets, nor facilities for making tea. The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to switch it off (but we did not really need it). The bathroom was a bit too small, but had everything necessary. The free wifi is not password-protected.

This is a stylish and quiet hotel at walking distance from Annecy railway station, historical centre and the lake. We had a smallish room just for one night, so it was fine. The staff are really very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was fairly basic but enough.

Wasn’t keen on having to hand back keys even when just leaving for 30m - would have been good to have been informed of this prior.

Good location with lots of nearby amenities and nearby to the train station. Good value for money, room was small but bed was comfy with extra pillows available.

I booked 5 rooms for two nights for myself and a group of 7 friends. I was disappointed that the hotel charged all 5 room costs to my personal credit card a few days before our stay, declining my request to charge each room to the guest staying in it on departure. As the hotel had my credit card as a guarantee for the total costs, there was no financial risk to them in what I was requesting, yet they declined

Great location, quiet, 10 minute walk from the bus station, a few minutes outside the old city. Staff was very hospitable, wifi worked well, the shower was really nice, the room was exactly what we needed.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and very helpful. Bonus was parking for our motor bike. Loved the hotel being close to town and restaurants.
