United KingdomCar parking I had asked for this but on arrival this was not an option and was a key reason for selecting hotel. They have 3 spaces in total and one of those was for disabled. We did park very close in public car park and left it there for our whole stay which was ok.
The hotel was in a great location on the main high street. Very easy to get to the station (9min walk) and we used it as a base for exploring the coast by train.

United KingdomThe main issue with our stay was the fact that the hotel accidentally charged my card twice before arrival (taking the full amount, when this should have only been taken once as part of pre-approval checks) and then despite acknowledging this was their mistake, insisted that I then pay the full amount again on arrival meaning at this point I had paid over €600. Luckily I had my Amex to pay the second payment otherwise I would have been out of pocket hundreds of pounds. The hotel confirmed on multiple occasions when asked that the original 2 payments had been cancelled and reverted. This was not the case as I have only now (4 weeks later) received the money back in my account. I also confirmed this with my bank who informed me that the merchant had not reverted the payments and instead had just not collected them, meaning they stayed as pending and were automatically reverted by my bank, rather than the hotel. I have travelled all over the world and expect to, but I have never had an issue like this. Of course, I have paid security deposits in the past but not twice due to fault of the hotel and then had to wait a further 4 weeks to receive this back, with no other forms of compensation expect for a simply apology and assurances that the payment had been reverted, when in fact it hadn’t. I’m not sure what would have happened if I didn’t have another card on hand. I stayed at this hotel previously when it first opened and had a much more pleasant experience. Bathroom maintenance should also be improved as the shower door in our room did not close meaning the floor became soaked and this is clearly a recurring issue as the paint bubbled and pealed due to the excess water next to the bath. Due to the poor mishandling of payments, I won’t be returning to this hotel on my next stay in Cannes.
Rooms are nice and bright and our room had a nice view overlooking the pool with a step out balcony. Good location and easy walking distance to the sea front. Nice turndown service

The bedroom was spacious overlooking the pool with extremely comfortable bed. There was a great selection from the breakfast buffet and the location was excellent with only a few minutes walk to the beach and the hotel door step on the Rue D'Antibe shopping street. It was good to have the option of a gym and sauna also. The hotel is also central to alot of restaurants catering to all needs.

United Kingdomthey lock up the pool at 6.30pm in the evening so no swimming in the beautiful evening sun (it doesn't get dark until 9.30) - when you complain they try to tell you its because the cleaning chemicals need 14 hours at least to be effective - there are no desks or tables where you can sit and work on a computer - either in the room or in the public spaces

Amazing warm pool and the lilo and play stuff for the children was such a nice touch. The staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean, well equipped and modern. Staff cleaned the rooms very quickly when were were out and about. Breakfast was yummy and sitting in the conservatory for breakfast was very comfortable. The location was even better than expected.

United KingdomRoom was quite noisy. Could hear the people above us walking around. If one kept the outside doors closed it was relatively quiet however if the door was open it was incredibly noisy. There is nothing the hotel can do about this though. A few minor things like we checked in at 14:30 and waited outside on the patio to be told when our room was ready. The receptionist however left for the day at 15:00 and did not inform anyone that we were waiting. It happened to another guest as well.
Loved the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and patio area was really relaxing. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the promenade and beaches.
