1. The aircon simply does not work - it certainly doesn’t produce cold air and appears to have absolutely no impact on the room temperature. 2. The bed is comfortable but no bed sheets were provided and the duvet is much too warm for summer use.

The range of tv channels available in the room was quite poor.

The common toilet near the restaurant had a toilet paper roll which was dirty with NUMBER 2, awfully disgusting. It is not the fault of the hotel, most probably, but they should regularly check the state of the bathroom. Feces contamination can be quite dangerous. Similar with the parking lot. People started parking freestyle, covering more than one spot, and for the last ones to arrive it was difficult to park, I don't know how people after us did. Again, this is the fault of people without code, but the hotel should keep an eye. It is like the staff was too distracted, which is weird, because there was not a lot of movement, the hotel is rather small.

Our rooms were comfortable, the beds in particular. The AC was easy to use and in spite of the heat we had a very good time and sleep. No noises, quite calm.

Our 4-person bedroom was relatively small, but still ok. Bathroom was small. Airco could not really handle the 42°C outside...

Excellent breakfast buffet! Wine museum nextdoors is excellent! Also nearby busstop with free shuttle to the centre was very convenient (otherwise also doable as 15-20min walk).

Very small rooms, a bit ‘worn’ in places, no lift to upper floors, but there again, we wanted a ‘stop-off’ room for the night, not a luxury spa retreat.!!

Very good location. Easy parking. Secure place to store bikes on site. The rooms were on the small side but perfect for a transit, one night stay before travelling on to Morzine. The shower was powerful. The hotel provides dinner reservations for the restaurant at the neighbouring hotel. Food and wine were good quality and freshly cooked. The speciality menu was very reasonable. Bed was comfortable. The area was peaceful. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a very good experience

Comfortable room, good shower, tea/coffee making facilities. Just a 15 minute walk into the lovely, lively town of Beaune with numerous bars, restaurants and beautiful architecture. We really enjoyed our stay.

The air conditioning unit : If you were to book in the summer then you wouldn’t sleep well. The room gets hot , you turn on the AC unit and it makes a really loud noise - solid you could not sleep through by it. This hotel best for winter , early airing and late autumn

The bathroom was a little tired, and the room didn't smell pleasant.

The bed was extremely clean and comfortable, staff very warm and welcoming. The lighting in the room was great, cosy with 3 lamps. The breakfast was excellent- I never expected bacon and eggs! Perfect for an overnight stay on a long journey.

The bed was not comfortable this time and I had really bad backache when I got up. Generally beds are normally ok but not this time unfortunately
