It advertises itself as having a pool. This is technically not a lie. However, to be able to do laps in this pool, I would need to to be roughly the size of a rabbit.

The breakfast was a little expensive for the quality, and the shower had lost its seal so leaked over the bathroom floor. The room had run out of soap in the dispensers (I am sure this would have been fixed had we asked).

The hotel is wonderfully located to explore Alsace and the staff were all friendly. Our room was a good size and comfortable enough. Check in and the key for the external door was very easy

The hotel is close to the historic old centre and is on a tram route from the main station. It has a lot of character, with a half- timbered building housing a cafe/bistro/restaurant as well as reception and breakfast room. Our room was in another building nearby. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The building is beautiful and in a great location . The welcome was warm and friendly I had a lovely room very comfortable. I paid to use the spa which was fabulous after a day sightseeing. I also had dinner in the restaurant and had breakfast . Food was fantastic and all the staff were so kind.r

Shower was hard to access as over bath and no bath mat so very slippy. I waited for ten minutes at reception after ringing the bell before a lady said someone is coming soon -10 mins later I had to shout again. Whilst waiting I also saw on the notice board that they sold fois gras in the restaurant -which is a total no for me.

Comfortable bed and tea and coffee available. Clean room. Good price and location was good.

The location is good for city center, food and beverage places are very close. Room design is simple and relaxing. There is a big park place which is closed area (with payment) very near with 5 minutes by walking. Breakfast is standart according to other hotels. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Room is clean enough.

Our room was not in the same building but a few doors down the street. Although very comfortable and all the required facilities the room was a little tired and could do with updating.

Located just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Lovely old building with some unique features. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was cold buffet type but really good, great variety.

It lists on booking.com that the price for the stay included 1hr30min at the spa but this is not the case. The message is a question from a client and a response from Elodie from hotel management. We paid extra for the spa.

Unfortunately we forgot a jacket in our room when we left, and it seems to have been stolen. We have not been able to retrieve it.

The hotel is situated very centrally in Strasbourg, only a short walk from the old town and amazing cathedral. The rooms were Big, spacious and the beds very comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna after a long drive in our car. The service was great.

There was no minibar/fridge in the room. One of the single beds in the second bedroom was right next to a sloping wall, which makes it a bit uncomfortable and limits your space when turning in bed. Breakfast was disappointing - no eggs, nor bacon, nor pancakes or anything warm. There was bowl with raw eggs which guests were supposed to boil themselves in a tiny boiler, which to me is absurd.

I stayed with my family (2 adults and 2 kids) in the Junior suite for a couple of nights over Easter. The suite was ok. It has a nice terrace overlooking a quiet back yard. The hotel is perfect for tourists as it is really well located within a short proximity of both the Cathedral and Petite France. It has an elevator, which even though is tiny, it could still fit a stroller. There is a paid parking nearby.

The morning attendant must have been working alone. I got very little help deciphering my breakfast, and it took some several minutes to find her for checking out, even while ringing the bell as requested.

The attendant that assisted me in the evening checking in was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and orderly. The location in the city is great, being able to see such a beautiful city right outside the door.
