The room was clean and spacious. I bought coffee and water from vending machines, prices were normal. The hotel is close to Orly airport. The staff was very polite and supportive. If you are looking for a nice hotel which is close to the Orly, this should be your nr1.

CanadaOur room was on the 1st floor at the end of the hall so right over the lounge and we could hear people talking etc so annoying when you need to get up early for a flight.
It's very basic but it's great for getting to Orly Airport, only a 10 minute drive away, they have a free parking lot, a cute lounge where you can order a beer and relax or food from other restaurants. Staff are very nice.

I asked for the double charge to be refunded and several days later no one has responded or acknowledged the request. My credit card was charged twice!

The receptionist spoke to them once but went off duty at 9 pm with no staff on the premises overnight. I had to knock on the neighbor's door in the middle of the night and ask them to stop smoking and shouting.
