The walls were quite thin, so we could easily hear our neighbors. Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception desk when we arrived at 4 p.m., but another guest kindly let us into the lobby, and we only had to wait approximately 10-15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive. It would be helpful if the hotel could be more responsive to our messages on booking.com app and formal emails before our trip- we were enquiring whether we could check in earlier and we got a response from them once we escalated this with the Booking.com team.

The rooms were clean and the hotel is an affordable option located somewhat near the Cannes Film Festival venue (20-25 min by bus). The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. A grocery store and pharmacy just across the street made it easy to grab refreshments. The owner and cleaning staff were friendly, and the hotel felt secure with lobby access restricted by a door passcode provided at check-in.

We would have liked gated parking. If you arrive by car around dinner time, the parking spaces can be occupied by guests of the McDonald's located below the hotel. We were parked next to a large parking lot. Nothing happened, but we had gotten used to the gated parking lots, and this stood out to us as a significantly lower security level than we were used to on our roadtrip through Provence.

There are plenty bus lines going to the area from the city center. While you have to walk a bit between the hotel and the bus stops it is easy to get to the city center and back home. Having McDonalds was a surprise, but turned out to be a hidden bonus. In the summer heat we were always thirsty so being able to grab a soda on our way back to the hotel room after a day in the sun was great. The location has shopping and many activities for children in the area.

Due to the fact that we visited in May and the weather was a rather warm one, the rooms do not have any fridge, so we were unable to have any cool water or store any type of food.

The location is great if you are going to the Film Festival as the cineum is 5 minutes away.

Cleaner than a 5 star hotel, free parking available, very nice english and spanish speaking host. We had a problem with the motorcycle and he helped allot with tools, and even helped me to fix it! Restaurants and bars very close. Best value for money! Thank you Jean Francois and keep doing the great work you do!!!

The man at the front desk was so nice, so friendly, he spoke Italian too so my mum was super comfortable too in talking with him. He gave us advices for places to visit, he accommodates us even with the refrigerator in our room. The room was perfect, the location too and the parking spot right in front of the entrance..I really enjoyed my stay there and I will definitely go again!

The hotel owners went above and beyond to help me when I stayed here. I had an accident in town and they helped me with medical items (and Mary even dressed my wound! )assisting to get transport and also brought breakfast to my room. They were so kind and generous and I can’t say enough good things about them and my stay here. I have never experienced such hospitality and I have travelled the world- they really care about their guests and had an amazing human touch. I am deeply grateful to them for their kindness.
