I was there for a cycling event and the hotel had an early breakfast opening It was a shame that the coffee was limited and there was no milk for cereal. But apart form that the hotel is great.

All staff went out their way to make us feel very welcome. Dinner in the restaurant was good with great view. Free bottles of water as we checked out was a great gesture.

Bedroom (we had the panoramic view room), was a tad small/cramped especially for the price, but as advertised.

Loved the aesthetic, the location, and the staff. The lobby area is right out of a dream.

Food and drink are expensive The outside pool and sauna could do with updating and the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the village. Easy access to the slopes and to nearby shops, restaurants and bars. We stayed in an executive suite and the room was spacious with lots of storage.

Everything was perfect.

Amazing service, very professional staff and superb location! Close to the shops and ski lift. I was nicely surprised by the chauffeur service on demand. We had the panoramic view room which was exactly as described. Nespresso coffee on our private terrace was perfect!

This year the outside hot tub was kept at a very cool temperature throughout our stay. There was a sign saying that this was for environmental reasons but that seems hard to believe. The hot tub should be kept hot as it is a vital part of the experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the very expensive breakfast was quite low. The hot food lacked taste and was in some cases inedible. This was not the case in previous years. We love this hotel so hope these small adjustments can be made to ensure a great experience for customers.

We really like our family suite. No frills but very cute and perfect for our family of four. The view from the room balcony is amazing. And we love the lobby bar area where we like to enjoy a glass of wine and charcuterie. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. Finally, the people who work at the hotel are very kind and helpful.

The ski lift was next to the hotel and you can ski to the back door of the hotel ski shop where you can store your skis and boots. Very comfortable clean and quiet rooms, supported by superb staff. Nice comfortable bar with appropriate live music. Loved it.

I couldn't use the spa with my daughter of 12 yrs old because the age limit was 16 yrs. Very dissapointing.

The Balacony was wonderful, with a great view and lovely sun in the morning. The quality of the furnishing were wonderful Service in keeping the bedroom clean and tidy, excellent Support around car parking and Bike storage was great

Diner was a problem. During this time of the year (Early June) the number of open restaurants in Alpe d’Huez is very limited. The hotel wasn’t prepared to serve us a diner at a reasonable price, and seemed to take advantage of the situation. We believe the chef may have been in a bad mood that day. Luckily the morning staff could serve us a truly excellent and complete breakfast.

We had a great stay for one night with a group of cyclists trekking over the Alps. The location, view, facilities of the hotel are outstanding.
