The bed was a little hard for my liking

Spectacular location and amazing views from the dining area. Room and facilities were excellent. We booked into the restaurant and cannot recommend enough, the food was truly exceptional.. We have been cycling Provence, staying in a different location every evening and we were sad to be leaving Omma.

Our internet connection wasn't super stable.

Lisa did a phenomenal job of making us feel at home at the hotel! We never had such excellent service at a hotel before. She personally walked us to our hotel room, showed us our parking space, and served us breakfast. Our room was so spacious and adorably decorated! The views from the restaurant were awe-inspiring. We were bummed that we didn't have time to catch lunch or dinner at the restaurant, but even the continental breakfast felt very special. The location was wonderful (near shops and restaurants and at the edge of Rousillion so you don't have to drive very far within the narrow streets of the town).

Nothing really, although I did emphasize this was a special occasion and there were no special attentions. Not a requirement, of course, but it doesn’t compare well with the many other special attentions we have experienced in our six week tour of Europe, without signifying to any of our other (12) hosts we were celebrating a special occasion. Basically, I think they forgot, because I did not respond to a request related to the restaurant that was buried in a long communication about many other details. Still sort of shocked,honestly, that more effort was not made, and the blame was subtly inferred continually to be mine. I am well aware this is high season. I don’t accept it as an excuse to blame shift.

Service in restaurant was slow, limited menu, and vegetarian options were non existant. The staff were able to get a vegetarian dish pulled together but it was simply a dish of the vegetables that were served on all the other dishes, resulting in a very disconnected plate of food.

Really lovely hotel, room is cutely decorated with great view over the valley. Reception staff were very accommodating.

Hotel Omma was a highlight of our trip. Perfectly located in the center of Roussillon, it offered stunning views and was ideal for peaceful evening or early morning walks through the town before the crowds arrived. Lisa gave us the warmest of welcomes and took such good care of us throughout our stay. Our room was delightful—beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent—fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and something we would absolutely recommend. A truly special place that we would gladly return to and highly recommend.

Unfortunately I had a not-so-great room - very dark and no view. It said it was a village view but all I could see was a bright orange wall outside. The tub was chipped and peeling but otherwise everything was clean. My friend had a gorgeous room with a terrace so I would just say be careful about choosing the rooms when booking. Village view is not great.

The Restaurant was phenomenal - one of the best meals I have ever had with a spectacular view. Omma is in a perfect location - we could walk everywhere and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Honestly, I can't think of anything...

This small hotel is in the perfect location for wandering around Roussillon and the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is lovely, my room had a balcony with a fabulous view. The dinner we had at the restaurant was one of the best meals I've EVER had. And the view from the dining room was spectacular!

Lovely spacious bathroom but my husband missed having a shower stall

Gorgeous room with fantastic view! Staff was very welcoming and we loved the beautiful town. The hotel restaurant is exceptional and they were able to accomodate my vegetarian diet with all of the courses! Very special stay! Bonus is the private parking you can request, very convenient!

The hand held shower was awkward to use with no screen.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, in the middle of town. We were able to prebook a carpark on site which was great. We also enjoyed an amazing meal at the restaurant.
