We asked for information at the reception desk and whilst the receptionist was very helpful and willing to check info she didn't know if services offered regarding transport. We managed to get to where we needed by looking info online. She tried but I believe that at the desk certain information should be available.

Hotel is very close to Grotto, situated in an alleyway in a busy street full of souvenir shops. Room is comfortable. We did not take breakfast at the hotel as I have dietary requirements. We reached the hotel from the airport with shuttle service. We found it very efficient.

Parking and navigating the narrow streets required considerable nerve and skill. The restaurant was quite pricey, but there were reasonable restaurants close by.

La Solitude is well-placed to explore Lourdes. The room was fine. The staff were really friendly.

The limit time for the breakfast was too early (9h30); The cleaning staff didn't clean the floor of my room on the 2nd day! The room has been cleaned superficially that day.

This year non of the fridges in the room worked. Previously they did, so not sure about this one as my parents fridges also didn’t work. A fridge is needed especially in the hot weather.

23rd time I think staying at this hotel. It’s right in the middle of town. Very near the grotto, amazing views all round the hotel. Great food. Great staff. Has a swimming pool. Nice bar area. Nice lobby area. Helpful front desk.

The lack of toiletries in the room - just one dispenser with foam cleanser, no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Whilst the tea/coffee in the room is welcome, you are only given two small cartons of milk and day and we were refused any extra. The pillows were lumpy. We had two evening meals which were a little disappointing.

Nice hotel. Room was a good size. It is in a great location for the Grotto. The room had a fabulous view of the esplanade so you can watch the processions. The bar area is good with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The first room we got was old fashioned and we had an issue with the shower but Arina arranged a new room for us without any delay. She was incredibly helpful and polite. Also, we found the swimming pool to be quite small, which may not meet everyone’s expectations.

The location was 5 minutes walking distance from the Sanctuary.

I kept having to reset my key card because it was near my mobile phone and the magnetic strip interfered with it.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The foyer is spacious and bright, it is stylish without being stuffy. The gift shop is ideal and useful. Extra lifts!

The only downside was that I had to step out of my room to get the wifi and it would get lost when I would go back in further away from the door. But really it wasn't an issue, just a minor annoyance.

The location was the best! Best location ever. The staff were so friendly and everyone was able to help regardless of language. The lobby was beautiful and comfortable.

Small room.

Location is very near to the basilica and grotto. Parking garage is safe, but very challenging to get in and out. A van cannot get in. The restaurant is very good value and the food is good. Services are also very good.
