Reasonably priced. Comfy bed. Unfortunately it was unbearably hot with no a/c but it was a heat wave. Ok for an overnight stop when driving. Friendly guy on reception.

My room had an adjoining door to the room next door - no sound proofing - could hear everything !!

1. Wi-Fi access: free Wi-Fi requires your email address to authenticate, but the code is never delivered. YES, I DID check my spam/trash folders, even tried it with 3 more different email addresses. I wasted over one precious hour (which I could've used for much needed sleep), trying to make it work, to no avail. This kind of technical issues suggests that some internal systems or staffing needs improvement. 2. Room service protocol: beware of housekeeping, especially if you're naked. After knocking at the door, they might enter the room despite hearing your negative answer, and despite being 2 hours before check out. It should come to no surprise to anyone that staff should always respect the guests' privacy and responses, to avoid unconfortable and frustrating situations. 3. Parking lot disclaimer: the parking lot is UNSUPERVISED, which is totally understandable, but the signage at the entrance warning guests that their car may be at risk of being broken into or vandalized, is giving you an unpleasant, uneasy feeling.

I encountered some difficulties trying to pay the city tax, but the receptionist lady was nice and supportive. Bonus points to her for speaking good English. The room was nice and cozy, reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. While my rating would lean toward an honest 6, I prefer to offer this feedback with the hope that these issues can be improved for future guests. There's potential here, and with a few adjustments, the experience could easily rise to something more memorable - for the right reasons.

Tiny gap between bed and wall on one side. Small bedroom. Bathroom door would not close and lock. No plug in sink. Building overall looking rather tired and in need of some updating. But it was adequate for the price - don't expect a 4* hotel unless you pay for it.

Comfortable large bed, breakfast met expectations. Adequate parking. Appropriately priced.

For the price this hotel provided an excellent stop off on the Road to the Alpes. Breakfast was great and although not officially available till 7.30, the door opened at 7am and we were able to grab a few bits to eat on the go. There is a grill adjacent which was very convenient for something to eat in the evening

The family room has only one tiny bathroom, pretty inconvenient. The room was super hot and we couldn't manage to adjust the heater. Also, no lift and we had heavy luggages to carry up to the second floor

The bed was very comfy, there was a nice view from the window (mountains) and the room was clean and fairly modern.

There was no A/C - there was some kind of a weird looking heater with a cooling function but it did not work, resulting in a really hot room as it was +38 degrees outside so it was not really comfortable. There was no fridge as well but we managed to get on without it. Breakfest was also not the best I could imagine. Poor selection of anything - a few pastries, bread, ham and cheese.

Lady from the staff was really friendly and spoke well English. Although the check-in was possible only from 17:00, we arrived at around 12 o'clock and had huge luggage so she let us leave it at the hotel and check-in from 15:00. Rooms were quite clean and location was okay.

If the room was a little bigger everything would be great!

The lady in the reception was excellent! Very polite and always with a smile! The room and the hotel in general were very clean! Very good coffee! Safe parking place with a gate that closed at night. The hotel was surrounded by nature, it was really beautiful to wake up and open the window to see green fields, trees and birds singing!
