Loved place Plumereau and the medieval buildings there - do try and go if you do nothing else

Breakfast was served between 8 and 10 and when we got downstairs at 9.30 there was no bread and no croissants virtually nothing left. All we had was a coffee.

Excellent position within the historic quarter in easy walking distance of the cathedral, Musée des Beaux Arts and Place Plumiere. Parking in the courtyard was useful.

Its slightly misleading in the hotel description that parking is ' available' but actually costs 10 euros , adding that to the room cost does shine a light on the small double being very basic and with a tiny bathroom

Very good location, central but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff are very accommodating. Rooms are clean, comfortable, but maybe in need of being refreshed a bit. If you are driving, book your parking in advance as there is space only for few cars.

Rather tight turning in from the road. Lighting a bit dim in the bedroom.

An older style property appropriately updated. Courtyard parking. The manager was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast served in a cellar room with a traditional mural. Location close to bars and restaurants.

All was fine, but a room away from the Rue du Petit Pré side might be optimal.

We've used this hotel previously because it is easy to get to from the A10 and yet well located for a stroll into town, the cathedral and the river. A change of proprietor since our previous visit: the owner was welcoming and helpful. We booked parking in the yard (there is street parking available, which seems safe and we've used it before). Room comfortable, with a fan for the very warm weather, though some street noise when windows were open. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, with gluten-free options. This works really well as a stop-over hotel for us, and would be fine for a short city break too (Tours is lively and interesting, a good place to stay over).

would have been nice if parking was included rather than extra, although it was well organised. Didn't like the single sheet toilet paper dispenser.

Rooms not big, but comfortable, really appreciated the fan provided as we visited in a heatwave. Good breakfast. Walking distance of restaurants and attractions in Tours. Would recommend staying here.

Nothing of significance. Being in a town meant it was a little noisier than some country locations

Pretty central location in Tours but the stand out factor was the staff who bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay and made us feel more than welcome from start to finish very good breakfast.
