It's cleanliness needs improving. There were black markings on the floor in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The bathroom needs extra cleaning and that light above the basin keeps flashing it needs to be sorted out like inserting it again or fix the wire behind or changing the bulb anyway it kept on flashing on and off. But it was alright for me as it was only for one night.

Hello, well it had nice interior, it's just a few metres from the train station. The staff are friendly, helpful and understanding.

- They did not speak any foreing language - Room was not very clean - When we came back to the hotel after being all day out, the door was open the lights from inside the room where on. Fortunately, all our belongings were there. But this is unacceptable!!

- Near the train and bus stations - Price was good and room was quiet and confortable

It's overpriced for what it is but I guess that's what you pay in cities now. The bathroom was pretty basic and could do with an upgrade.

Great location next to the train and bus station, ideal for a late night check in and overnight stay, which is exactly what we needed. The bed was very comfy too.

Dirty floor, walls dingy, bathroom huge but one light and dark, toilet seat wobbly. No aircon available even though there was one on the wall that didn’t work, unbearably stuffy we had to sleep with window open (noisy). Wifi in room didn’t work, asked at reception and he said it’s working down there so should work……helped me connect to another wifi that picked up in the lobby but not the room. Didn’t bother asking again. Thankfully only one night and we left early.

The bed was comfortable, I think the sheets were clean. It had running water in the bathroom. Good if you need to be close to the train station

Not unusual, but only one chair for two, room service lacking attention to details but staff willing to provide missing items when asked. Some rooms darker and smaller than others , but all acceptable.

Great location for the railway, TGV and coach stations, a little far from the town centre but still walkable. Great to have a kettle in the room and staff were wonderful. Thank you to all the team for being so helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff, room and bathroom very clean. King-size comfortable bed. Lovely restaurant across the road called The Parrot. One minute walk to Perpignan train station.

There was no much space in the room to put things and the curtains and the window did not work together(you could not open the window and have curtains on at the same time).

24h self check-in was very good and the room was clean and cozy.

At first we couldn’t find it, google guided us 10km wrong, but with the same address in apple map, we found it…but we tried to call the hotel first and the just hang the phone up on us, which was really frustrating

Male hovering ery close to me when l was at reception when l was trying to pay. Had to be asked to sit down twice, by receptionist then me. The following day l was told a male member of staff l could not use the safe. He said there was no key but there as number code but l was still told l could not use it. After great difficulty l was allowed to put my passport & money in reception safe. I asked why there were 3 polucement in reception & told it was nothing. I asked about the smashed window at the front & told it was nothing. The male receptionist said he was a policeman and showed me on his phone and this was his old job. I asked iwhy he was working here, was it undercover work, he said no?? I wondered why he was so confused then, to understand given ALL the above, he couldn't understand why l wanted o place my money & passport in the safe. And to confirm how much money l was putting in??? And when l gott home there was a cockroach in my suitcase 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬 l know cockroaches don't necessarily mean a dirty property but.......
