I’m afraid I don’t have much to say that is positive. The property and rooms are extremely dated. The rooms are not serviced and guests are offered a single towel and a single sachet of shower gel for the week. Breakfast is very poor. It feels like a very run-down hotel and I cannot recommend it. The one bright spot is that there is a pool but there are no towels available so it’s of limited use. The tennis court that once was is long derelict land over grown.

Located between Biarritz and Bayonne so allowed for daily walks to either. Equally great bus service near by if you didn't want an hour walk each way. Close to airport. Staff really friendly and helpful. Allowed bags to be left at reception so we could explore before and after check in. Bed big and comfy.

Great to have a kitchenette but cutlery a bit adhoc and had random plastic pieces, possible from previous guests? No pot or pan if we wanted to use the hob. Empty washing liquid bottle, unsure if it was to be provided or again from previous guest which would make me question was it fully cleaned. Only 1 towel per guest, hand towel per guest would have been appreciated. Only one pillow per guest, spare pillow in press was stained and blankets appeared old and shabby. We were still happy as it served it's purpose and again staff were so lovely. These are areas I feel could be improved and we did get our monies worth. We would stay again.

The gentleman that greet us in the reception the night we arrived

I recently stayed at this place for one night, and I honestly regret my decision. Upon arrival, there was a lack of proper lighting when driving in, making it difficult to find the place. The only highlight of our stay was getting the room keys. As soon as we walked into the room, we were greeted by bunk beds, which weren’t ideal for the limited space (specially if you have children sleeping there. Close to the main door and far from parents bed, it’s a no no). The building itself lacks proper insulation, leaving the rooms incredibly cold. The heaters were not only dirty but also ineffective. The beds were uncomfortable and with lack of bedding. We had to use the rough and (very) old blankets from the wardrobe just to manage some sleep because of the cold. The cleanliness of the apartment was also subpar, with dirty areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The breakfast was extremely basic, leaving much to be desired. This place feels very outdated, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

The apartment was spacious. Nice balcony. Shower hot and powerful. Reception area manned and welcoming.

The kitchen was missing bowls and nothing to use in the microwave. Remember to take dishcloth wash up liquid and yea towel. The toilet paper is secure so it’s not stolen yet what is there is the cheapest toilet paper. Take your own.
