There was no air conditioning, but fortunately it was a cool day so it didn’t matter. The pillows were massive and square shaped, so they were a bit uncomfortable.

Very affordable for the area. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The view out of the room towards the river and the mountains was amazing. Plenty of free parking available just across the street.

It's impossible to find a place to eat in the city without a prior reservation, so restaurant at the hotel was the only place that accomodated our family. The food was nice, but the waiting time and service was horrible. It took us over 3 hours to get 1 course and dessert while our hungry kids were crying.

There is a parking right next to the hotel. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the room was spacious.

We really like this hotel. It is in a busy small town and the hotel also is busy. It is a traditional hotel and the restaurant is used by the people of the town as well as the hotel guests. We thought the food was really good. I hope that the opportunity arises for us to stay in this hotel again.

They didn't have the double room I booked online, so they gave me a twin room. I said ok. They answered it would have cost 5 euros more. They charged me 5 euros for a room I didn't ask for. I mean, they actually asked me for the 5 euros for a room I didn't want. All of this for 5 euros. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms, only at the reception. Also, the instructions for the wifi in the room are only in French and completely wrong (who needs instructions anyway, just remove them). In any case, no wifi and no help from them. Then I've found remnants of used soap bars in the shower.

Lovely room overlooking the river. Very good evening meal and breakfast. Very helpful staff. Fantastic location with parking close by.

AVOID. They agreed to cancel my reservation when I couldn't arrive before their reception closed (it was actually still open with people checking in when I went past so they were lying). Having cancelled my reservation, they then fraudulently charged my card.

The garden by the river was unkempt and so less inclined to spend time in what had the potential to be such a beautiful and relaxing area. The reception and dining area were dark and depressing. The billing was confusing. The "whole fresh fruit" at breakfast was old and over ripe. The hotel in general felt "tired", and gave no incentive to relax and dine there at the end of a day of walking the scenic town. First impressions of the room interior were disappointing.

The view from the river side rooms was great.

Very good hotel. Public parking just 50 meters away. And tour restaurant is a MUST with best location in town and special food. Excellent price x quality.

The paid for breakfast service is a little under performative. I would save the money and eat breakfast at one of the many cafes in town.

Best hotel view in the town, plenty spacious and very comfy beds. Staff are extremely welcoming and speak French/English. Only a 15 minute drive from Foix which has many attractions and is a very cool place to explore. Would reccomend the Superior Double.
