Car parking was not available on either day of our 2 day stay. Towels were thin/poor quality.

We couldn't park our car in the carpark, apparently too big. Only the level 1 is accessible by driving, for above levels the cars have to be placed into a lift. Ours apparently couldn't fit in and we had to drive to a local carpark, which is a pain when you have just arrived and having driven more than 900 kms.

Very nice hotel in a very good location, very close to restaurants and bars. Very helpful staff at reception.

Great location in the centre of Reims. Clean and spacious room, and friendly staff. We especially liked the breakfast room on the 7th floor with great views of Reims. The breakfast offering was very good.

Higher rate than an American would like for a Holiday Inn, but not sure I coulda done better, all considered. Small roof restaurant gets fully booked before you will know you're gonna be locked out. Small elevator makes a lot of luggage a challenge.

Excellent location (train stn., parking, cathedral, easy to find). Good communication via Booking.com -- accommodated my request to concatenate 2 reservations.

The hotel has clearly had a refurb recently but it isn’t the best quality. Some fixtures felt cheap and I don’t think it was great value for money. We were given a room initially that was full of flies - small, moth like ones, not buzzing but still not very nice. Staff were lovely and moved us to another room but it also had the same issue. I reckon we had over 20 flies in the room/bathroom so it must have been an issue with either the aircon system or drainage to have them in multiple rooms. Staff were nice but given they were across the hotel (we saw some in hallways too) there wasn’t much they could do.

The location to walk around was great. The breakfast on the roof was lovely and the rooms were a good size.

Only 1 luggage 'rack'; luggage ramp is separate door to main door, which is not mentioned or pointed out; parking elevator somewhat challenging; room lighting depends on one switch - not convenient; zero drawers ( but isn't that Europe?).

The restaurant/bar was closed on Sundays (the only night we were there), however, there are plenty of restaurants nearby so it wasn’t an issue.

The restaurant for breakfast had a nice view as it was on the 7th floor. The hotel was centrally located, easy to find and there was a multi-storey car park a few metres away. Room and bathroom were reasonably spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff were all really friendly.

No formal shower door, so water pours into bathroom and hallway. Had to use extra towels to soak up water.
