Location walking distance to resort.

Not enough equipment in kitchen.

The room was very clean upon arrival and already cooled to a pleasant temperature. The kitchen amenities were surprising, a full set of cookware including bakeware with a two burner stove top. It was odd that there were baking dishes without an oven, though. The bathroom was quite spacious, with a very deep bath big enough for two adults to comfortably sit. The closet was also separated from the main room, so it did not take up any space in the sleeping area. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming with friendly staff at the desk. The hotel is also situated in the best location for everything. A short walk to the train station, a bakery only a block away. And a very large shopping centre a block further. The location was very quiet and relaxing.

I only have very minor niggles with the hotel, the first being we were provided with a nespresso machine but no kettle or pods for the machine, meaning you were stuck buying pods if you wanted a hot drink. There was only one spare pillow in the closest, so if more than one person wanted more than one pillow, you were out of luck. The final one was the shuttle bus seemed to run at strange times, there was a very large gap in the middle of the day where the bus didn't run, so if you wanted a lay in to go into the parks a bit later you couldn't. I could also clearly hear other guests talking in the hallways as if my room door was open.

Lovely clean and comfortable room Staff was really helpful and nice Brilliant location only 10 mins walk to Disney and 5 mins to shopping centre Very safe place Its my fifth time here and i wouldn't go anywhere else its just Perfect 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊❤

The beds were two singles pushed together not a double

The location is absolutely perfect for Disney along with the free and regular shuttle too and from the Parks. The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful.

The room was very very tired. Curtains and carpet were very stained. Plugs in sinks and bath didn’t drain properly. Decor wasn’t great. Paint on walls was scuffed everywhere. Plug sockets hanging off.

Bus to Disney great. Location ideal. Washing up products provided. Nespresso machine awesome in the room. Overall good stay

The pillows and duvet were very skinny and could be better. The tv was not linked to the WiFi The having to put your rubbish in a disposal room is fine only no one tells you where this is

Very close to Disneyland Paris and shopping centre. Has plenty of food options near by.

Wasn't allowed to use the iron without paying and also had food left in the fridge from previous guests.

Great location, close to everything I needed. Rooms were comfortable and clean and equipped with everything I needed. Lovely staff. Didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment. Private guest pool was added bonus although again I didn't use. Great hotel I Would definitely recommend

Very close to Disney and Val d’Europe, very clean, lots of space for 2 people, good value for money.

No sink in toilet so have to either wash hands in kitchen sink or walk through living room and bedroom to get to bathroom sink. Room was over the gates to the car park, which made a very loud noise every time it was opened and as a result woke me up every morning.

i liked the location.i didn't expect to be so close to disneyland parcs as advertised even to la valee village to the biggest area mall val d'europe and the train station marnee la valee. the first day of our arrival we went to the disneyland parcs via the free shuttle the hotel offers which is direct out of the hotel entrance.the next days we used to go on foot because it was only approximate 10 minutes away.we used to walk across a nice lake next to our hotel passed from the area police station and then disneyland parcs was there.Also a boulangerie called petite parisiens was 5 minutes on foot (in the corner) with fresh stuff from 7 o' clock in the morning until 7.30 in the afternoon.We had our best stay in Adagio Serris.Also everybody in the reception was very helpful,kind,polite. I asked Sandra in the reception from the previous day for a taxi booking at 25/8/25 7.30 in the morning and even the young blonde guy with a hairtie in the reception offered us a coffee until the taxi driver will come to take us to the airport. Congrats and thanks to all of them at the hotel.

The location to Disneyland and val d’Europe was great and so was the use of the shuttle bus, beds were comfy and it had everything we needed for a budget stay.

We were given a room with a connecting door to another room. The walls were so thin we could hear everything and was woken up constantly just by them talking or even moving! Quite a few chips and scratches on walls and furniture, Our espresso machine didn’t work and freezer door was broken. Could do with a another shuttle bus between 12-5:45

“Great stay near Disney!” The location was spot on – close enough to Disneyland Paris for easy access, yet far enough away to escape the crowds. It was also just a short walk to the Val d’Europe shopping centre, which was really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was perfect for winding down after a busy day at the parks. Overall, a fantastic stay!

• None for us – everything met expectations

The location of the property is absolutely incredible! It is no more than a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland! The beds were so comfortable and the room was very spacious too, so worth it for the price! The facilities are perfect as well! Although we didn’t use it there was a huge pool you could use a gym and a laundry room! The reception staff were amazing too very kind and welcoming! We had an amazing stay at the adagio and will definitely be choosing to stay here again for future Disney trips 100000000% !!!

Location was great , buses to Disney and fabulous shopping centre 2 min walk away. Very safe area

More sunbeds around pool and I would have liked somewhere to go and have a drink after a busy day at Disney
