Bathroom quite small ( especially trying to close toilet door ) but everything spotlessly clean and great water pressure for shower.

Lovely room, exceptionally clean and airy. Breakfast was good, nice selection of foods. Location was perfect for sightseeing, close to train station and walking distance to river to pick up a boat. An hour stroll back from the Eiffel Tower. Cocktails selection was great.

The location is great. The room and bathroom are lovely. The staff were helpful. There’s a taxi rank just outside which is convenient but most attractions are a walking distance.

The room was small. The room was also hot due to the central air conditioner had not been turned on for the season.

It felt like the property was in the middle of Paris. There was always something going on - like being in the Times Square area in NYC.

I was here in 2022, and compared to then; feel that the hotel in some ways needs an upgrade; for example the rugs don’t seem clean, and there are little notable nuances that could also use an upgrade. At the same time, I would still come back and stay here again as a loyal Hilton member!

This is my second time staying at this beloved Hotel, as the location is pristine and the staff are amazing. Lounge is a wonderful addition, breakfast is exquisite, and the hotel lobby is so gorgeous!

We had booked a “triple room suitable for 3 adults” to celebrate a 16th birthday. We were allocated a double room with travel cot. This needed changing and involved a very late night while we waiting for a “put you up” bed to be put at the end of the double. This made the room very cramped. The bar was also extremely slow service. We gave up on our second drink.

Beautiful building and the bar area was particularly special. It was also in a great position to walk to places for site seeing.

The very slow check in, also the time of check in is 4pm, we were told this would be earlier but it wasn’t, but they would give us a room if we paid another £100 for 2 hours! Also the bed was rock hard.

The foyer was beautiful, the staff were really helpful- especially the concierge, who gave us useful advice.

The breakfast room was overcrowded, and small and pokey compared to the rest of the hotel, although the choice of food was good, and room service was delicious.

So glad we chose this hotel. The grand entrance lobby with Christmas tree and Bellini cocktails from the bar made our arrival really special, and the rooms were extremely comfortable, but the best thing was the staff. They were so helpful and kind, even when some of the family went down with sickness they looked after us and went the extra mile to help us in our plight. Highly recommended.

The hotel however needs a refresher on some areas - elevators - Showers are outdated with some pieces of hardware broken and not keeping in place.

Very pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent and you have plenty of choice and the space is nice. The Grand Salon is a nice place to have a drink or eat on the spot (special mention to the gravlax salmon). The hotel location is excellent, near all the nice shopping places and commodities in Paris 8.

Property felt like we were staying in a hotel, often these days it feels more like a bnb. Room was spacious, clean, quiet in terms of street traffic and neighbours. It was possible to hear the trains, but these were not too loud and it didn’t negatively impact.

There was no restaurant available at the hotel so it was necessary to eat nearby and it was pouring with rain! The most annoying thing was that for a four star Hilton hotel in a Deluxe Room I did not expect to have paper cups to drink out of and no glasses either in the bathroom for toothbrushes etc. Also there were no teaspoons for making tea and coffee, just a packet with 2 wooden sticks - not acceptable. No free waters just a metal water bottle (with no proper lid just a cardboard cover and you were expected to go to a water fountain nearby. Not impressed with this at all.

Excellent location, good restaurants nearby and good shops plus easy access to Gare St. Lazare and lots of taxis. Room was quiet (5th Floor) and comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety.
