A small, charming, character hotel in a perfect location to explore Cognac. The staff were all very professional, helpful and friendly. The location is very good staff friendly and helpful parking is convenient close to the hotel but be warned it’s under trees which is good for shade but at night thousands of birds roost I’ll leave it to you to imagine the result after parking for two nights

A lovely welcoming hotel that has the comforts of updated facilities with the charms of a more traditional French hotel. The location was delightful being in the center of the old town and on a pedestrian shopping street.

The welcoming, the authenticity of the facilities, very French-like style. The beds are very comfy and great linens, as expected in a nice hotel Great view on the village, amazing rooftop view.. Quiet rooms,.very well situated. An amazing breakfast, good qualité food and varied. All the staff is very attentive,, kind and smiling. Wonderful experience indeed! Would have stayed longer if I'd had the opportunity.

While the only drawback of this facility is the requirement to walk up to the hotel to drop off your bags—since there’s no on-site parking—this should not prevent you from making a reservation. In fact, there's convenient free parking just 150 meters away in a secure public parking area. This makes your stay hassle-free and enjoyable, so go ahead and book with confidence!

The hotel is excellently located, just steps away from numerous Cognac Maisons, bars, and restaurants. It sits directly on a pedestrian shopping street, with a local fruit market nearby. The breakfast offered was outstanding! I highly recommend this property. If you decide to book this hotel, I suggest making dinner or lunch reservations when you book.

Separate shower and bathroom is nice. Lovely courtyard. Sparkling white sheets. Right in the center of cognac. Renovated with love of the history of the building.

Lovely bright airy clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was huge and liked that it had a separate toilet. Parking nearby. A really beautiful old building very near to the town centre and it felt typically French. Breakfast was super.

The entire experience in Hotel Heritage was a 10 out of 10. Lovely and spacious rooms with a walk-in shower and extremely comfortable beds are the highlight. We also really appreciated the breakfast,even vegetables were missing - but that’s a lot to ask for in France. The staff was always kind and seemed professional and calm. This just fitted incredible well into the old charme of the building. The location in the city Centre is perfect. We will definitely come back next year

Loved everything

Hotel Heritage Cognac was a delight. The bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to the Cognac houses and main shopping street. We walked everywhere, including from the train station. Staff were kind and welcoming. Our only regret was not staying longer!

Location, the staff, the air con! Beautifully decorated and renovated old building on the pedestrian zone of the town. It was the best breakfast and comfiest rooms. The staff and ambience was very much like you were family.
