Every amenity and detail had been thoughtfully considered. It is perfectly appointed and decorated . Maria was a very kind and engaging host , met us at the apartment and gave us great recommendations for the city of Carcassone. The location of the apartment was easy to find , public parking very close by , and in a great location in the city near beautiful plazas, restaurants, shops, and museum .

That we didn't stay longer than two nights.

We stayed for two nights end of July. Everything about this apartment was a delight. So stylish and immaculate. The photographs are what you get. Maria was a fantastic host and so helpful. The location is spot on. Right in the centre of Carcassonne around the corner from the large square, where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants, but still manages to be quiet. The castle is amazing 🤩

This place was so amazing! Upon arrival we immediately wished we'd booked more than one night (especially since there's a lot to see and do in Carcassonne) but were just passing through. The apartment is newly remodelled and had everything we could want - including air conditioning. We didn't want to leave! Maria was quick to respond to messages, explained where to park, and was a delight as she showed us to our room and chatted about things to do. You can tell that a lot of care went/goes into this place. Highly recommended, we can't wait to stay here again.

There is nothing to dislike about this property

Great Location near the Pont Neuf and a short walk up the Old Town. Very close the reasonable priced restaurants in the square around the corner. The apartment was well appointed and had great AC. Maria our host did everything possible to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Everything - Maria Dolores was the most wonderful host and the accomodation was beautiful. The balcony looks out onto a lovely street but is also so quiet at night and so comfortable.

Everything! It was faultless. Beautiful apartment in a great location with secure underground parking close by (7 euros per day). Very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Wonderful and helpful owner.

The host Maria was fantastic! Extremely attentive, warm and welcoming. The apartment was absolutely spotless (and we are extremely picky) well furnished and extremely comfortable. Both myself and my partner both said that this apartment was possibly one of the best value for money bookings we have ever made. Do not hesitate to book this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

Maria’s apartment was beautifully decorated and in an excellent location! It was equipped with everything we needed including coffee, a hair dryer, shampoo etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view onto the street from the balcony was really nice! Maria was a very welcoming and friendly host who made us feel at home straight away. Her communication with us during our stay was super helpful and she provided great directions to walk from the train station to her property. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Carcassonne and would love to stay again one day if we returned!

The apartment is beautiful, stylish, has been perfectly designed and decorated, it is a lovely, comfortable and calm space. I cannot praise the property enough. Our host was also so helpful, kind and friendly, we had the best stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

There was nothing we disliked or could fault.

The apartment was amazing. It looked like it had a recent refurbishment, everything was spotless, super clean! The interior of the building had been restored sympathetically it was very lovely. Maria was so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was in a good location within the town and all the amenities. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was superb.

Wow, what an apartment and building. Beautiful decor and fab location. Everything within walking distance, and plenty of cafes and restaurants within a few yards. Maria the owner was outstanding. So friendly and helpful. If I ever return to Carcassonne, I would definitely look to stay there again.

Lovely accommodation in the heart of Carcassonne. Beautifully presented and clean. The host, Maria, was amazing and facilitated an early check in and she also allowed us to keep our bags in the property after check out. Maria was helpful and went the extra mile. Thank you.

There is nothing to not like, it was perfect

A very warm welcome from the host Maria Delores, explained everything excellently. She has created an upmarket apartment in the centre of Carcassonne Cite which is within walking distance of the medieval Citadel. Every amenity you could think of she has provided, including fab air con.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Carcassonne! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, brand new, and tastefully decorated, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Maria Dolores, who welcomed us, was absolutely lovely. Warm, polite, incredibly helpful, and simply a joy to meet. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore everything on foot, even though we had a car. Without a doubt, if we visit Carcassonne again, we will choose Situation Exceptionnelle Harmony once more. Maria Dolores, merci pour tout! 😊

The owner is an amazing person very welcoming and caring, the whole place is beautiful, tide and clean, an incredible spot for a visit of the town. Pont neuf and la cite medieval are close by, many place around the city where to park. Such a nice stay!
