I think a "handy Tips" book would be a good addition. A guide for use of the oven & hob - we had to google the instruction book, this would also be helpful for the TV etc. There were only the two of us, but the above would be helpful to larger parties who would need to self cater more than we needed to. The bathroom sink needs attention as the drain is very, very slow In addition, whilst the check out procedure was outlined, it is important that you get your car out of the garage before surrendering the keys ( we did do this ) but I am not sure how you would exit the underground parking area without the key fob ?

We know the area quite well and the location was perfect. We were visiting family, but anybody wanting access to Disney & Val de Europe - ideal location.

When we were there it was really cold and we had no way of changing the temperature because we couldn’t find a thermostat and the radiators had locks on them.

It is really close to Disneyland and the apartment is spacious.

If you are traveling during the winter, please keep in mind that the house heater is not operating. There are three heaters in the house, one in the living room, one in the bedroom, and one in the bathroom. Unfortunately, all three are merely decorative and do not function. According to the host, heaters will switch on automatically when temperatures drop below 19 degrees. But from my observation, after I ask the host about the heater, it starts to run for around 5 minutes before turning off throughout my stay.I had to sleep in a four-layer sweatshirt. Even worse, I come from a country that isn't acclimated to the winter season. If you don't mind being cold at night, this area is ideal. If you're not a cold person, please look for another location. Aside from this minor issue, this is a very good location.

Transportation to the residence is convenient; it is close to a bus stop with connections to everything. The residence is close to a mall, restaurants, and a morning market. There is a free shuttle bus service to Disneyland Paris. You can also use this free shuttle to go to the train station. The inside of the house is really clean, and the neighborhood is very beautiful. The facilities provided in the house are adequate. The bedroom and sofa beds are big and comfortable. The cooking appliances are fully working and sufficient.

Pillows need to be changed. Mattress of the sofa was really old, making a lot of noise and not really comfortable. Kitchen could me more equipped (like rags and tablecloth). Oil and salt to cook instead of instant coffee/tea would be appreciated. Limited toilet paper for 4 days. Apartament was really nice, but in our opinion had too much decoration which we had to hide so that the little kids didn't break of hurt themselves. Being and apartment really close to Disneyland I don't think the apartment was thought for kids.

Very clean and nice apartment. Close to Disneyland (20min walking) and very close to the bus station (to Disneyland). Easy to get there from the train station. Really nice building and area. Close to a shopping centre with a very big supermarket (Auchan). We may come back in the future :)

Nice and comfortable appartment, within walking distance from Disneyland Paris. Clean and with personal contact through whatsapp, hosts are very responsive. Parking spot in secure parking garage included.

Sink in bathroom was blocked and couldn’t use for entire stay as no one came to fix it, had to use sink in kitchen to wash hands after toilet/brush teeth etc. sofa bed feels like it’s falling apart, creaking and arm appears loose. Cooker hob was a struggle to get to work, bin in bathroom broken.

Advantages: Good location.

I don’t recommend it. Drawbacks: The apartment is suitable for only 2 people, even though I paid for 4. The sofa is a total disaster – completely unsuitable for sleeping. Cleanliness was poor. The apartment lacked basic equipment such as air conditioning and a dishwasher. Advantages: Good location.

I stayed with my family (2 adults & 2 young children) for 2 nights in January 2024. The bedroom, the lounge & the whole property is very cold. They provided only one duvet despite the fact that they knew we are a family with 2 young children. I discussed this issue with the Team Plaza agency the very next morning. They provided us with a 2nd duvet and they reassured us that “they will speak with the owner to ask them to increase the temperature of the radiators”! Really?? OMG I think this is terrible! They kept the radiators switched off for both days of our stay! This was the first time in my life staying in such a cold property.
