The pillow was small, we would have preferred a bigger one or two smalls. We could only charge our phones on the bathroom.

The location was perfect, near the train station and the beach. The air conditioner works good.

It’s very outdated, in desperate need of some renovation, poorly decorated and not super clean. The pictures here are definitely old, the place does not really look like this anymore. The rooms were fine but there are definitely areas that could be cleaned better. Also would be nice to add some towel hooks in the room and maybe a clothes line outside the window to dry bikinis and stuff. The rooms are quite small and can get cluttered very easily if you’re 2+ people and there is no balcony in any room as far as we could tell. Beware there is no elevator and there are 4 floors (our room was on the last floor so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs every time we came back to the room).

The location was perfect, only 2 minutes away from the nearest beach and the Juan-les-Pins train station. The host was very nice, there were beach umbrellas free to take for the day from the hotel, which was especially great for us as we arrived by plane and could not take any umbrella with us. We were also allowed to leave our luggage with them since our flight was later in the day, which was lovely.

Mattress was tooo soft for me (72 kg). I was sleeping like in a hammock.

The hotel is a good, no-frills establishment. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable and the location is excellent.

Nothing really. Just as a side note; for people that are lazy or find it difficult to walk up stairs, just beware that every time you go out and come back in I’m sure they add another floor.

No elevator. Which is hard on the 4th floor. But the stairs are wide and you can carry things together.

The air condition! The location with its proximity to the beach was amazing. The neighbourhood had a lot of normal people and restaurants, not just tourists. Quiet during the night.

The host greeted me and allowed me to park my car outside the hotel as I had some equipment in it that I was concerned about security, so it was not an issue.

The staff were kinda always wanting to know stuff and stalking us on the cameras. They also lied about the check in time saying it was at 12 but only finished cleaning our room at 2:30

The shower could do with some fresh grouting and the woodwork a fresh lick of paint, to be expected - it is a 1 star hotel. However, everything worked, it was clean and I would come back.

Fantastic location, decent size room, and welcoming staff. The room had a large window with nets and curtains, and we also had air conditioning that worked well. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it was available on booking. There was a desk, chair, and open wardrobe with a few hangers (maybe take a couple extra) and a shelf. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The beach is about 3 mins walk one direction while the train station is 2 mins the opposite direction. There is a bakery/chocolatier shop towards the train station, get there early for the delicious pastries. Antibes is a 30min walk and the old town is lovely, definitely worth a visit.
