The restaurant service was friendly, but a bit hit or miss. I didn't get offered a steak knife, but the next table did and trying to pay took quite a while. Another table had their order taken incorrectly, but it was rectified with no issues. The food was good and the positive intention was there, just lost a little in delivery. I thought that there was onsite parking, but there wasn't and after an initial panic I was told that out of season there was plenty of free underground parking in the town and I was kindly directed to it by the receptionist.

The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were perfect a comfortable bed and good shower. I felt very comfortable in the hotel in general it had a friendly and positive feel. It was very central and well situation for the town.

Understaffed and untrained staff who are friendly but not well organized. Breakfast starts at 7.30am with only the basic like cold cut and cheese and baguettes. Hot food has to wait after 8am or so. Not great value given the price. Would not recommend for family stay as room is small and lacks basic amenities such as fridge and electric kettle.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the ski lifts, ski rental, local shops, supermarkets and bars. The food in the Alpine kitchen was fantastic, offering a range of pasta, pizza, burger, steak and meal of the day. The rooms were cozy and clean, the view from our balcony was amazing, you could see the mountains, the lake and the ski lifts.

The lounge area could be bigger. Even though room sizes are given correctly on booking.com, as per skiing holiday, i wish rooms could have been bigger as per comfort.

It's really busy so it's chaotic in the morning during breakfast and in the ski room. They need more seating for people to put on skis and boots. Our room was SO hot. We left the door open and turned off the heat often. Pillows can be better. No locker/safe. No kettle or fridge.

Great room with a private hot tub. Huge bathroom and the room was spacious enough for 4 people. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is central and close to shops. Nice to have breakfast options in the hotel. Offering was pretty standard.

I would not advise taking cocktails or breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which are both tasteless and expensive.

Ideally located near a ski lift (under 5mins walk), the hotel also offers a great spa including an outside hot tub with a view on the mountainside. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy.

The lifts could do with being updated, very slow. The spa area was an extra cost of €12 each per person, as a paying customer I would say at least one free entry should be provided. The boot room is quite limited on space and right next to the restaurant with no changing space.

Room was quite small but perfectly serviceable, however a bit too warm for our liking. Shower/bathroom area was nice but lacked some privacy in the corner of the room. Missing some tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even prepared us a lovely coffee and snack before we left for our early morning return journey, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel breakfast buffet was really nice with lots of options and the food in the restaurant was also a good standard.

There is no privacy at all - and I really mean at all - in terms of the bathrooms. They are all see through glass, and the sliding door in my room didn’t close. I was a solo traveller, luckily, but for that reason I would not return.

Bathrooms was poorly designed shower tended to over flow as designed like a wet room and not practical.

Near to the slopes, has own ski rental at the hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely breakfast and bar service.
