Reviews of Hôtel Le Père Léon 3 stars

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was cute and tidy - I found the bed to be very comfortable. The location was amazing - right off the Esquirol metro stop. It was very easy to get to via public transportation from the airport. It was close to many major historic cites, museums, tourist activities, etc. The location could not have been better.

While the room was clean, it doesn't appear that they've ever cleaned the shower head. There was so much mineral deposit buildup that many of the nozzles were clogged or didn't work properly. Toulouse also seems to have a bit of a homeless problem and many of them own dogs (some of them have several dogs). A group of them like to stay in the alley next to the hotel and throughout the night, the dogs would start barking. One reason I booked this hotel was that under its amenities, 'Soundproof' was listed. The balcony door was definitely not soundproof. I didn't get one full night of sleep here, and while the staff did their best to deal with this, it's worth noting for other people looking at this property. I didn't feel unsafe at any point going in or out of the hotel, but the noise caused by all of the dogs was a bit much.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location, excellent reception staff, and they were able to accommodate for a gluten free breakfast. I would happily stay again.

Views from windows were very nice. It is important to me that beds are comfortable, and they were. Room was clean with plenty of hot water for shower. Breakfast was convenient and sufficient. It is quite 'downtown' in loctation.

Very prime location in the middle of the city near the Pont Neuf and close to the Place Capitale Very stylish and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Well Isolated rooms.

The Breakfast situation was a bit awkward at least... All guests where put in a small (unairconditioned) room for Breakfast while the hotel has it's own café with terrace street side.

There were homeless folks with dogs outside the hotel. Dogs were noisy at night.

We felt safe, reception is manned 24/7, and metro almost in front of the hotel. Walking distance to les Capitale , the main square. Hotel very clean, room comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception.

The location was great with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Arrived in a downpour in the evening and the young girl on the desk was very helpful in directing us to a restaurant after we dried off. She was wonderful throughout our stay in locating various places for us.
