Clean and large room with good quality double bed and pillows. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) with ensuite WC and shower. Green policy applied. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights of the main city (central location). Close to bus/tram station (max 3 mins easy walking) and near the main train station (max 20mins on foot and less by bus or tram) while in a vivid area of the city. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores, music halls and restaurants/bars close by. Generally good value for money among other options, a quality choice although central area of the city! The management team is quite hospitable, kind and prompt to reply (24h reception), so feel free to ask anything.

1. Trying to get in at night, give guests an access code of some type, rather then ringing night staff 2. After arriving late the last night with bad stomach indigestion, the night staff were unable to find a glass of milk for me to help, obviously milk is strictly limited

It was fine

Great location, really good places to eat and drink just up the road, turn right when leaving the hotel. Room was basic but good value for the money. Parking was close and good but tight exit for bigger cars.

The room was a bit too tight for two people with big suitcases. There was no way to close the door quietly when leaving the room. Also, please, make the wifi QR code available in the rooms.

The location is perfect, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the deal with the parking place is extremely convenient.

The bathroom's a little bit small, though I was in a single room so not unexpected. Personally would prefer the shower floor to drain differently, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Affordable hotel, with friendly staff, in good location. The fan in the room was much appreciated during the heatwave. The online check-in/check-out process is straightforward.

We had a room on the top of the building (fifth floor) and it was a lot warmer then the first floor, so a little poor ventilation system.

This is a really great hotel, in a great location within walking distance of everything, and easy to access with the trams and buses. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The room was small, but adequate for a brief 2 night stay in this great city and I would use this hotel again without hesitation

Breakfast was very poor.charge more but mak it's decent breakfast.All was plastic wrapped and factory prepped.rolls were like granite.A trip to a Boulanger would be highly recommended up the price and give value for money.Woluldhigly recommend eating up the road..
