Great location close to RER B line for easy airport access with baggage and T3a tram and M4 for sightseeing. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Very quiet.

Breakfast was a blend of everything, mainly ore-packaged items and it was anundant and fresh. The dining area small, but you are allowed to take your breakfast to your room (just be sure to return the dishes😊). There was not rush and hotel management enursed that everything replenished, in a quiet and timely manner.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the beautiful park Parc Montsouris and easy transport by line B to the center of Paris. A tranquil area with basic amenities which is great for families. The breakfast was nice and the service good. We were travelling with our 2 year old and it worked well to have the small family room.

The room was small, but adequate and the breakfast area rather cramped, so I had breakfast out (although free croissants were nice, too). The lift broke one night, an unexpected challenge on the 5th floor, but Maxence helped with my luggage.

The location was perfect for my needs and the neighbourhood is delightful. (Parc Montsouris, charming old houses…). Maxence, on weekend duty, was very kind and helpful at all times.

Why on earth someone put decorative pieces from. IKEA pieces which collect dust .Maybe hanging pictures from Paris or park will be much better. Maybe put some plants on the windowsills by enters.

Very easy to find good transport link ( bus, tram) 10 walk to metro. Very quiet neighbourhood, very lovely park 2 min walk from hotel. Small kitchenette but well organised. Comfortable bed ! I like idea of shelf rather than wardrobe room look bigger.

The room was on the small side - there's nothing really that the hotel could do about that but everything worked. If you were genuinely using our room as an apartment, you probably would need a bit more in terms of cooking equipment but the induction hob was also very good.

We had to book this room/apartment very quickly (in fact, as we were travelling) because our previous booking had to be cancelled owing to a disastrous fault in the building. We had particular requirements about which part of Paris we were going to be in and therefore were pleased to find this particular hotel. The room was smaller than the one we had previously booked but we were really pleased with the cleanliness of the place and its location (close to RER, Metro and tram). Breakfast was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable - the pull-down bed was of very high quality.

Language barrier with staff who don't try to speak English.

The location is very convenient to Tram and RER B station a mere walking distance away. The ambience of the Parc Montsouris reduces stress and fatigue from the travel.

The cleaning (in my very personal opinion) could be done better (wc, the floor).

we had a room with a view at the Eiffel tower and Mountmart- the view was amazing! There was an elevator, and some basic kitchen items (microwave, kettle, hot place, cafe, few cups and plates). It was comfortable and small apartment. Very cosy, pleasant, we were there 3 days. I would go back. location is close to the park: quiet, green, and close to metro "B" Station.

Everything was great, apart from the bathroom door which jammed.

The location was great, just beside the Parc Montsouris, with many beautiful trees and colours of autumn. Easy access to the RER, tram and metro. A few good places to eat not far from the hotel, including a lovely Indian restaurant. The room was practical for our little family, not luxurious but comfortable and clean, with a view of the Eiffel tower. The buffet breakfast was great and the perfect start to a sight seeing day.

I had to contact several times including on the day of our arrival to acquire the qr code for after hours check in. We were going for a childs memorial so didn't need the extra anxiety. Nice man emailed within 20 minutes after i phoned up.
