It was 35 degrees Celsius and the rooms don’t have air conditioning. They very kindly provided us with a fan when we requested one.

Staff were lovely. Beautiful hotel located in a scenic town. Went out of their way to make us comfortable and allowed us to park our motorcycles safely at the back of the property. Excellent restaurant with local cuisine.

Everything was great. We stayed in this hotel when we decided to visit a Christmas market in Strasbourg. It can be easily reached by car. The rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast was great.

We traveled in August and had a room below the roof. After opening the window at night, it took a while for the room to cool down to find some sleep.

The lovation of the Hotel is in the center of the village Lembach. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. We traveled by motorbike and we were allowed to park the bike in the safe yard area of the hotel. We had diner in the hotel which was outstanding. The breakfast was perfekt as well.

Beautiful hotel! Tasteful and modern refurbished rooms; super clean and crisp sheets on large comfortable bed. Really good shower. Fabulous restaurant - everything we ordered was delicious (we ate there for three nights in the end!)

Although I read the hotel description before I left the USA on this vacation, I did not remember that I could not check in until 1600 hours. Transportation to Lembach from Strasbourg is very limited if I choose not to rent a car. I opted to walk as much as possible while I was in the commune of Lembach. But overlooking the check-in time I had to wait about three hours on that Friday before I could check in (my vacation was 16 days long and the Lembach portion was days 9 - 12). And the rainstorm that early afternoon made me feel miserable and cold outside where I did not have much protection against the steady rain. My suitcases absorbed a lot of rain; my clothes were damp until I could get them dry in my hotel room. If I had remembered the 1600 check-in time better, I may have avoided the wait in the rains.

My hosts on the property were excellent, kind and very helpful. The meals (breakfasts and dinners) were delicious and plentiful. After I sprained my ankle while I was out walking, the hosts were helpful with an ice pack and bandage for my health problem. My room was especially tidy and beautiful; the second floor location of my room made the stay charming, especially to look outside my window to see the hills and trees and the Heimbach steadilly flowing. I enjoyed using the WiFi connection and the available TV channels.
