However, we were given a room closer to the center of the building with excellent connection, which was much larger and with a balcony at no extra charge. This gesture was much appreciated. I believe the problem can be solved with installing additional routers in the building.
Great location just across from train station, easy walk to center of town and Aguille du Midi tram. Excellent spacious room with balcony, with a very nice view of Mont Blanc. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff at reception and in restaurant. Casual good reasonably priced dinner options at the restaurant. Free parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis.

United KingdomBathroom was compact; it could do with a shelf above the sink as there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Bedroom was a little bit dark, could do with some better lighting. No tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom, or a safe for valuables.
Great location, easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants. Close to the railway station but trains are quiet and don't run into the evening or overnight. Free parking on site, although limited to around 12 cars. We visited during UTMB week and the hotel was completely full but we still managed to bag a parking space (first come first served). We stayed in a superior room with a small south-facing balcony on the 1st floor, with views up to Mont Blanc. All the staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming.

UgandaI just didn’t like that they did not have any luggage storage facility for clients. I had initially booked it as my pre hotel before my TMB and booked extra nights there after TMB, however, they could not hold my bags for me for me for the days i was away and i had to pay an expensive fee for a public locker. If i had known I would perhaps had gone with a hotel with abit for luggage storage for customers
I liked the location of the hotel. It is central to everything you need in the heart of Chamonix.

Our balcony offered a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc – truly unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh croissants, crunchy baguettes, and boiled eggs. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chamonix!
