Tricky to find the car park as the access is from one side of the pedestrian area and not very well signposted. Not the hotels fault!

Breakfast was poor, poor area, not a lot of choice, ran out of a lot of things that were not replenished. A few of the usb and electric plugs in room didn’t work.

Room was much smaller than we expected. The photo's on their website gave us another impression. On our request the friendly lady gave us another room. The size was still small but the layout was better so we could organize our 2 big suitcases for the coming 3 weeks holiday in France.

Hotel is in the middle of the center with restaurants and pubs close by. Easy parking underground opposite the hotel for Euro 13.00 for 24 hours. Bathroom was small, but renovated and clean. A lot of students stayed there as well.

Breakfast was the low point. Even with a reserved time slot, the dining room was already full and we waited about 20 minutes for a table. The selection was limited, and the “Cappuccino” button dispensed cocoa rather than coffee. You’re given just one small plate, which makes it awkward to fit everything. The breakfast area has no windows or natural light and felt poorly ventilated; I left feeling sweaty. Overall, the breakfast needs serious improvement.

The hotel was better than many reviews suggested. The location is excellent—very central, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, and the bedding and towels were good quality.

The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, so it would slide off when you tried to sit on it. Room 111.

If you’re big on grand reception halls, then this Best Western is not for you…

Location, location, location. On the ‘tourist mall’ of Reims which in itself is not that beautiful or special but from this base it’s a few minutes to beautiful parts of Reims. Location for parking is ideal as well and the hotel has a discount offer for 24h parking. Staff are friendly and service minded. And we had the extra bed for our son (13 years) which was quite comfortable as well.

The building is tall and narrow and the room was a bit tired.

Breakfast was great value for money. Location perfect, right amongst the restaurants and bars but not too noisy. Carpark 2 mins walk. Comfortable bed.

Despite not being near my phone, multiple times we as a group had to keep going to reception to have our cards reactivated. Real irk having to trek up and down each time. Luggage storage wasn’t safe. It was left in the corridor In between breakfast, stairs and reception desk. Not very ideal. A lot of time the one staff member that’s on, isn’t there. Anyone can easily simply walk away with them. Shower in the bath tub has seen better days. Trying to get the right temp is rough going. A lot of my group had multiple issues. But I’ll let them write their own review.

Windows at the front are very well insulated from the noise. But it doesn’t block everything out. Location is great. You can’t get better if you want to be in the centre of everything. Bear in mind, it’s pedestrian, so you need to go the end of the street to get a taxi/ wheel luggage to/from. Hotel is ok. But don’t expecting any bells or whistles. No foyer as such, but served the purpose. Price was ok, you get what you pay for. Seemed a busy weekend.

By car or motorcycle it was very difficult to find. You had to use an underground car park then carry your luggage up to street level and try to find the hotel entrance which was small and obscured by neighbouring restaurants. For motorcyclists it was even more difficult as the car park didn’t make allowance for bikes. The breakfast room was small and cramped.

The proximity to the boulevard and all the restaurants and the lack of traffic.

For this stay, the room we were in had a broken toilet seat.

We stayed 3 nights, the night through booking because we added it later when we decided to stay another night. Our first room was bigger and more comfortable than the room we were moved to for our third night. The day concierge, Maria, at the front desk was great. She was very nice and very helpful.
