The location is great, the service is excellent. I wish there was a better view from the room but no complaints otherwise. I also liked that when we were checking out, one of their staff members from Indonesia was very friendly and started speaking in Bahasa - though we both speak English, and I’m not Indonesian, it is a language that she knows I would know. Little touches like that go a long way. Also, love the welcome and farewell chocolates - fantastic!

The bar and lounge area was a bit dissapointing. Bar not well stocked with options and cocktail knowledge was lacking. Hence the bar was always empty.

Location was fabulous, a great place from which to explore Paris. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, breakfast was also very good.

This is our go to hotel when visiting Paris. The location is ideal, the accommodations are first class and the staff is warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Any requests are executed perfectly -from dinner reservations, transportation, activities and even celebrations! The attention to detail is remarkable and the hotel serves as an elegant and relaxing respite just steps from the the Louvre and surrounding area. C'est magnifique!

I didn't have any view but my trip was last minute and it was the last room on the other hand location was perfect very close to everywhere and room size was quite good (superior room) ,shower was good and it was very clean :) Staff was very friendly especially lovely guest relation manager ,thank you for everything.

We went for our sons 4th birthday and the staff could not have been nicer. Absolutely brilliant service especially towards our son. Had ballons and a beautiful hand written card waiting for him in our room. Customer relations team and especially the manager Lola went out of her way to make it a special day for our son.

The property was perfectly tucked away on a side street but still close to the sights. From the moment we were welcomed to the hotel until we left the staff was absolutely superb. We loved chatting with them and shared some special moments.

Everything. The staff was amazing, the rooms were great and right where we needed to be.

The hotel was everything that we were hoping it would be. We booked the room with the rooftop terrace. The only thing that could have been better is the weather but no one can control that. Was hoping to be able to sit outside todo some meetings but it was raining off and on. Will try again next time.

The room temperature didn’t correspond with the thermostat, we ended up setting the temperature to 28 degrees in order to feel warm. The room was quite small but it didn’t really matter.

Fantastic location very close to the Louvre, a great neighbourhood. The staff were wonderful, super attentive, friendly and helpful. Excellent level of service and the spa was perfect and open 24 hours so never felt too busy even though it is small.
