Perfect location for visiting the old city. Our room was huge and equipped with everything you could possibly want with very tasteful decor and a comfortable bed. We even had a terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Secure parking was a bonus.

It was odd that the shower is right beside the bed, if you arent alone make sure you share a room with someone you really like.

The location is unbelievable - could not be closer to the city. The parking is great for those driving to visit the city. The room was so clean and so nicely decorated. The coffee and tea was an added bonus (although a little milk would have been great). We had a room with a balcony and it was pure magic. The communication was fast and clear. Check in/out times were very reasonable. Value was great. All around, it was an amazing stay!

We loved the location. The views of the historic city were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities provided excellent. Little touches like the availability of a fridge and a corkscrew were most welcome.

The streets heading to the hotel can be a bit small with traffic. An sun umbrella would be nice to use with the benches on the lawn. There is really nothing to complain about this Hotel.

The hotel has the perfect location for visiting Carcassone Castle. The room was big, clean and well appointed. Bed was great, bathroom was clean. Blackout shutters over the patio door was a nice addition. Coffee machine, extra storage options. Wonderful hotel.

Room could have been slightly bigger, however this was not an issue.

Staff were amazing - our flight had been cancelled and rearranged the day before we were due to stay. Without hesitation Good Knight refunded one night stay and could not have been more helpful throughout our time!

Room walls a little thin. We were awoken early by next doors TV both mornings.

Location is amazing. View from room is superb. Seats outside for a glass of wine a nice touch. Room very clean.Staff(Emma) super helpful. Safe in our room wasn't working when we arrived but staff arrived super-quick to resolve. Chocolate in the room to have with coffee from the foyer was a nice touch.

No shady seating outside so could not sit outside at all in 37c. Pillows could be better. Front door needs oiling to reduce noise.

Entrance into car park had bad holes that needed filling as not good for car bumper catching Easy fix just fill in large holes Think info for keys would be better to go first to car park and park car then get keys from safe as stoping on road out side not so good just thought as we drive past entrance first time as so did another couple
