Ski and boot room is “basic” evening meals were ok, but no real variety and pricey as hotel prices.

Rooms are reasonably sized with everything you need provided. Good value for money. Beds are excellent.

Lack of dryer for ski boots in ski room. So it can easily cause sickness due to skiing in wet boots everyday

Gym, sauna and close to the Olymp lift. Well located in cozy and real town Brides les Bains (not just a purpose built ski resort). Breakfast was excellent.

Parts of the property are in need of renovation (ski room / bar). The restaurant must have changed ownership - the food is barely edible and that is for a very limited selection and with high prices; it doesn‘t resemble online pictures at all. Avoid at all cost!

Rooms are updated, spaceous and clean. Good location with an elevator down to the main area of the town.

If I'm being harsh the room, although nice, didn't have that touch of a 4 star hotel. It was a little small and a bit cramped

The rooms we had were a reasonable size but under the eaves so not quite as spacious as other rooms.

The breakfast was excellent with a very good range of cereals, cold meats and cheese, eggs and different breads and pastries. We had a good view over the the valley and mountains from our rooms.

Our room was a handicapped room. In the bath the shower was completely open to the rest of the small area. Nearly the entire tile floor, from door jam to vanity to toilet, turned into a slipper mess. If you do not need a handicapped room maybe check to see if they have a traditional room available.

The room was very quite and very clean.

We booked at night for a meal in the hotel. The was an error on the system and it didn’t get given to the front of house. The front of house weren’t willing to help so we had to go to reception for them to find the booking and then sort out the front of house to get us a meal. It was a bit irritating but the reception staff thankfully were a lot more helpful than the front of house who just turned us away.

The price was right for the location for being so close to merrible via the gondola. The breakfast was a 7/10. Could have done with some beans and mushrooms but other than that was very tasty.

Location was excellent, staff and service were excellent. The room however I wouldn’t say was 4*. Whilst it was immaculately clean, it was basic. The bathroom was a wet room- but not finished to a high standard. The room was very basic. The bed linen and pillows again basic.

Some rooms (mentioned as "superior") are very old fashioned, look quite old and need renovation. Also, corner rooms have a view on the construction side. The staff were not quite helpful and accommodating to your needs, which is rare for 4star hotels.

The hotel is located on a hill, quite close to the town center and has its own lift to provide access to the town center. Some rooms were renovated and look nice, the rest need renovation and look rather old fashioned for a 4star hotel. The Breakfast was amazing with a variety of options for those who prefers "heavy" protein breakfast or just nice pastry. We also found the restaurant in the hotel as the best option for dining.

there were very limited leisure facilities at the hotel - only a small sauna, and I believe the access to spa in another hotel was restricted due to renovations. breakfast choice wasn’t the greatest.

the hotel is conveniently located with 5 mins walk to the ski lifts. the room was very clean and cozy with amazing views on the mountains. Lady at reception deserves a separate shout out - she went above and beyond offering the advice for food, booking restaurants for us and provided amazing customer service.

Everything is small in this hotel. Not all rooms are after rennovation.

The view from the hotel on the mountains is beautiful. The hotel is nicely located on the top of the hill. Considerably well maintained. Also wooden spiral stairs look cool.
