The location was great - just off the motorway. It was a good over night stop for us on our way to Switzerland. The room was lovely - 2 rooms really, so very spacious. Plenty of outside parking.

Location was perfect for getting the tram into the centre (15mins journey / 6mins walk to tram). Hotel bar, pool and room were all excellent as we had a junior suite. We would definitely stay again.

Location and hotel premises were really excellent! New hotel, good value for money, nice bar and restaurant, good breakfast. Especially pricing wise, an excellent choice!

The hotel in really easy to find as it is not far from the motorway. We loved the room and the bar area of the hotel. It was a little disappointing to find that the restaurants next to the hotel were all closed for a summer holiday - though this is not the fault of the hotel in any way. We had to drive off to find a restaurant as it was raining. Breakfast was very good - though a little on the pricey side. The parking area is safe and secure. Generally, this is a nice hotel in a convenient area. If it had a restaurant, it would be outstanding.

JerseyA 4pm check-in time is quite late, although we just left our luggage and came back later. If you don't have a car, you need a taxi to get into central Reims.
A very comfortable bed and nicely sized room. Great to have a pool to relax in. Very handy to the TGV station.

United KingdomI was asked to pay a 120 euro damage deposit in case I destroyed the room. I have never come across this anywhere in Europe. Most surprisingly, the entire shower area was dirty and covered with limescale, and the shower drain was blocked. The coffee maker was broken. I must admit, I am surprised that this hotel holds four stars.

Netherlandsthe hotel is on the edge of town, in a business zone. It is not an attractive location. But it's useful, and easy to get to from the highway. And it's great if you want to visit Reims for a day without the car, because then you can take the tram or bus into town.

United KingdomThe single beds could be slightly bigger, and the air conditioning seemed a bit slow to cool the room when the outside temperature was 35°C, even at maximum speed.
This hotel was our stopover both on the way to and from Austria. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There’s a good-sized car park, which is free of charge, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
