We arrived by bike, on a rainy afternoon. We were expected at 18h. We arrived at 15h30, and were welcomed by the hosts. They understood we needed shelter earlier than anticipated. We were offered hot drinks, the fire was lit for us. The room was super comfortable, with a mezzanine floor for our adult daughter. We had plenty of space to dry out. Dinner was very convivial with other guests, facilitated by our hosts. We were more than happy with the Table d’Hôte. Wine was included. Breakfast was great, with a magic coffee machine, three sorts of bread, charcuterie, cheeses as well as homemade jams, yoghurt and fresh fruit. We would certainly go back

Unique and quite place that allows you to disconnect. Rooms are nicely furbished as well as the garden invites to be explored with its table tennis and petanque facilities, excellent also for families. Staff is very friendly.

Breakfast buffet choice was fairly limited, especially the choice of bread and other fresh produce.

Great location, convenient room and great outdoor leisure space in fantastic garden. Knowing the restaurant options in the area are limited it was great to find simple dining options available on the evening of our arrival!

It's about 4 km from the village of Trigance, but it's a flat walk.

Artistic touches and good design make this a charming place to stay. The family kitchen adjoins the guest salon, so you can hear the happy sounds of cooking and feel like part of the action, even while enjoying privacy. Outside, there are eclectic statuettes and art pieces and fountain tank to discover in the gardens. The dinner and breakfast featured several homemade products including wonderful fruit preserves, marinated wild mushrooms, and daube of beef.

The cottage is great: the couple running it is very nice and welcoming. The room we were given was large and comfortable, it was very fresh even during hot summer nights. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations the hosts gave us. The gorges du Verdon were quite close to reach. Given the pictures we expected a homemade pie for breakfast, which anyways consisted of ham, cheese, eggs, toasted bread, coffee, yogurt and muesli, homemade jams and juice. The facility offers a wonderful courtyard where one can sunbathe, play table tennis or simply read a book in a beautiful garden. We strongly recommend it.

One small aspect: there was only one small waste basket in the entire room. the rest was just perfect!

The warmth of the owners: Virginie and Yann went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Yann prepared us a very delicious dinner with produce of the territory that we enjoyed in the beautiful garden within the property. The rustic character of the property, the setting was just wonderful. Very close to la route des cretes that has breathtaking views and beautiful uncontaminated areas. you can bike or hike to many places from there. The rooms were decorated with taste and had little touches. Breakfast was very good and abundant.

I would advise anyone who has trouble walking to take a room rather than the gite as the stairs in the gite are steep and narrow.

Everything about le Priolat des Anges was beautiful, rustic, and charming. Virginie and Yann were wonderful and friendly hosts. One can purchase a carefully selected wine from Yann’s cellar. We were fortunate that there were enough guests that Yann cooked a perfectly aromatic peasant-style braise of chicken, vegetables and potatoes one night. The other night we had pizza, salad, wine and desert at a popular nearby restaurant. The tiny medieval town of Trigance offered a beautiful morning walk.

Staff was not there on arrival...had to wait 30 minutes outside...Room was chilly on arrival and, when asked the lady to switch on the heating, she simply replied that it would be switched on for 1 hr only during the night...so, we had to stay in the cold room until we got back from dinner...rather unpleasant and unacceptable. Staff was not there in the morning to wish us a good day or breakfast, even.
