Bed had too many layers that shifted all the time, duvet was way too small (we are both over 1,90 meter), pillows were too small and too thin. No view from window (well, in the corner on the backside, overlooking the neighbours windows, they were of course looking back at us). The single chair in the room was uncomfortably small, and made of bare steel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Neighbourhood around hotel was nice, good restaurants and bars nearby. Parking under hotel. Breakfast was ok-ish, even though scrambled eggs were cold, there was hardly any fresh fruit., but the bread and baguettes were excellent. Bar fortunately had one good whisky, and they served a whole pot of tea (not just a cup). Nice to have a (small) table in the room. Plenty of electricity sockets. Enough storage space for luggage and clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay. Just the TV wasn't working and there was no soap already when we got to the room.

Not the most confortable place I've ever stayed. White lights and colourfull room reminded me of a club. Not really cozy or relaxing.

Breakfast was good, very practical location if you're going to the university, easy to reach with public transport. Good value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. It had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were quite friendly and the location was very convenient for visiting the university.

No refrigerator. That was a bummer.

It's really affordable for a one-night stay. My main reason was to attend a local show and get some sleep. The place is super clean. The breakfast was good and included in the final price.

The lobby is very noisy and there is no quiet area where you can work

The location was just great as right in the middle of the student campus, which was the purpose of our trip. The breakfast is quite good

The smell when I got into the lobby. Not sure what that smell is... My room was noisy. Not sure what that noise was... Not much choice in the area for food.

Great breakfast. Plus, the guy in charge of it was very friendly and energetic. Decent bathroom. Interesting interior design. Close to INSA and other research/teaching facilities. But that is, in fact, irrelevant, as the tramway gets you there in a matter of minutes anyway.

Younger staff were polite and helpful, but one older receptionist looked bored and was sarcastic to the point of rudeness. The room smelt of cigarettes - despite the non-smoking sign. The colour scheme of lime-green and metal on black floors is ugly.

The rooms had a very strong smell and I had to keep my windows open most of the time. The same happened in the corridor. There is a strong smell that may come from the materials in the room and/or products used for cleaning.
