There is a school in front of the hotel windows, the apartment is not well isolated. In addition, it was not very warm at night/in the morning.

Located in the center of the city. Welcoming receptionists, that allowed to leave the baggage on the moving-in & -out days.

Electrical outlet (number and location); WiFi didn't allow multiple devices to log on (laptop, phone, and tablet), lights in front of the W/C mirror needed to be located higher so as not to blind tall people; better instructions on using the access codes to enter the building (it wasn't pretty hit and miss, but I was able to get in the front gate —not a good thing if it's cold and rainy like it was during my stay).

Paid for the parking. Breakfast was basic, other hotel s have Same breakfast but half the price. Don't arrive late as difficult as no on duty late.

Bathroom is a bit dark.

Staff were great. Just need to get the code to access the gate and door. Room was basic as per description. There were 4 beds and a fan and kettle.

All of it false advertisements that they have superior rooms when they don't have such rooms ..another hostel type place infact we took all our belongings and put them back in the car in the evening as I didn't trust the hostel to be secure.. I argued withe owner that I had booked a superior room and booking.com messages sent to him and he still reused to believe me ...don't stay here rip off

Very basic, paper thin walls made sleeping difficult as other guests made a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning. The room had an overwhelming smell of bleach - like entering a hospital and not a hotel.

I have had much better value for the same price (about £95 with parking for a double room only). I have given a score of 3 because of the location, staff and parking. Reception is on the 2nd floor - it was locked up and there were no staff when we arrived at 3.15pm. We rang the bell at reception but no response. There were 4 very noisy, drunk men in the reception area drinking alcohol - we realised later that the rugby World Cup was being broadcast in the pubs nearby. Our key was left on the reception counter with room number and our name but the key did not open the door. After trying the key and waiting for 10 minutes, I telephoned a number I found on the ground floor outside door and spoke to a member of staff who arrived after 5 minutes. She tried the key and then went to get other keys - but they didn’t work either. We were allocated another room on the 4th floor at 3.50pm as we couldn’t access the original room on the second floor. The bedding was fresh but the room was not a pleasant place to stay. Furniture was old and walls stained. The toilet was a macerator and very noisy. Tiles around the bath were cracked and dirty. There was no WiFi reception on the 4th floor. The tea and coffee had all been used and not replenished - but I wouldn’t have used the kettle. Glad we only had to stay one night. We did not order breakfast - we checked out early and had breakfast in a cafe.

Near to the Hotel de Ville and there are restaurants, cafes and bars within a few minutes walk. There is secure parking on site for €8 a night. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The room was shabby, in full need of a redecoration. The bathroom was a disgrace, I don't even want to brush my teeth in there. The worst hotel I've ever been to.
