The facilities were so outdated. The room condition was so poor even the kettle was dented and the bathroom door had two holes in it and the paint was chipped off the wall. My bathroom light flickered but the manager said to hit the light switch then it would be better. The lamp wire was loose. I just had a sheet on the bed, thank goodness it was hot.

This was a trip to Paris so it's location was excellent but the facilities were damaged and outdated. Even the kettle was dented and the bathroom door had two holes in it and the paint was chipped off the wall

No A/C. It was so hot in the room. One night the hotel hot water stopped working for 12 hours.

The room was extremely small, with the bed unfolded there is almost no space left. The foldable bed was not comfy. There was an unpleasant, 'watery' smell in the room.

The location is obviously the best part. A free luggage room, where you can leave your luggage even when your stay is over is also great. And a ok-ish value for money

The guy on the front desk is not welcoming. After a long trip,he is the first person we saw but didn't greet or even smile once.really disapointing as you will feel you are not welcome but more on a bothersome.Met him for 2 consecutive days,didn't help us or showed us the lift when we arrived or how to use it because they have a different one. It seems like you arrived and your on your own.especially with my family and kids.a nice smile would be enough.Apart from that,the female receptionist are nice as well as the 2 housekeeping who greeted us and clean our room.

The facilities are very outdated and the rooms are old and even if properly cleaned they look dirty. There is also no air conditioning, which is listed in the descriptions, but because the rooms are small and outdated nothing really helps in the summer months. The bathrooms are also designed for very thin people and feel a little claustrophobic

The location is incredible and the staff are incredible and very kind and polite. It’s safe and quiet.

The cleaning lady changed the towels daily but did not vacuum the room daily and had to be told to do it. This property has no AC but a fan was provided which was great.

Convenient to the travel around. Close to the Eiffel, metro, grocery shop etc. The Eiffel Tower can be seen from outside the property on the road and looks marvellous at night. Would definitely recommend this property to friends.

As with everything in Europe, the rooms, passageways, and elevators are very narrow for the American standards. But, besides that, everything was great!

I really enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel. The location is supreme, around 20 minutes from the Eifel Tower and the historic Paris. Good breakfast and internet, plus the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful stay!

Great location but a very busy one way street and no A/C so you had to leave the windows open and listen to the street noise all night.
