Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very close to Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord if you're arriving into Paris late or leaving early.

United KingdomWe had a fridge in our room which did not work, it would have been nice to have a cold drink waiting for us when we got back from the city. When we mentioned the problem to the receptionist, she told us it was not a fridge but just a cooler that keeps drinks at the same temperature. However, it clearly has a label stating it is a fridge, and it did not turn on despite being plugged in. It also failed to keep our chilled drinks cold. Also, the provided hair dryer is very outdated and barely blows any hot air (or air at all), so consider bringing your own travel hair dryer rather than relying on the hotel’s one.
Clean hotel room in a good location. The staff were very friendly, and we were able to use their secure luggage storage. There is also a water fountain (filtered and sparkling) available. We stayed for three nights, and it was just perfect for that.

United KingdomAs it is right by a train station, the area can be busy at any time. It isn't overwhelmingly busy but does mean that people are around making noise regardless of the hour - the rooms facing the station/street could do with improved soundproofing to block that out. Some modernisation would be great - i.e: the power outlets would be good to have some USB connection ones.
The hotel is really placed in an excellent location, right across from one train station and a mere 5-10 minutes walk to the Nord station for easy access to the rest of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed me to check in 2 hours earlier than the check in time. The room was comfortable with aircon/heating and that was very powerful.

Netherlandsthe fridge in the room was broken but the staff was super friendly and let us use the kitchen fridge, still not ideal/convenient but appreciated. the hour display in the tv was too bright, would have obscured it if I had stayed more than one night. None was a deal breaker for us.
the staff was friendly and helpful, that was the best part of our stay! the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. They had a functioning elevator and offered breakfast but idk if it was good because we didn't have it. Airco was greatly appreciated on a Paris summer day of 32 degrees! For the price we paid it was a great deal.

Well located opposite Gare de l'Est - so handy for trains from East and North station. Good choice of bars & restaurants in the vicinity. Decent sized, nicely appointed room with safe, coffee machine and kettle. Dog friendly hotel.
