Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This hotel lived up to its reputation, and encapsulates Paris and France at its best. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and approachable staff. My room was large , light and airy with a balcony to step out onto for breakfast . The room was spotlessly clean, as was the huge double bathroom with spa shower. The spa is beautiful and relaxing after travel and sight seeing , and don’t forget the hammams.

The George V is a fabulous hotel. Our room was spacious and immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered was so friendly, helpful and courteous. A real credit to the hotel.

Absolutely everything. Our room was elegant, well appointed and very comfortable. I cannot say enough about the staff and their over-the-top service. Garry and Antoine at the front desk, Alice at the Concierge desk, Ana and so many more in Le Galerie, as well as everyone we encountered in our several meals delivered by room service, made us feel as we were the hotel’s only guest. I chose George V for our five days in Paris because my wife of 49 years has always wanted to stay there. Finally, on our sixth visit to the City of Light, we got to experience the excellence that is George V. While the cost is high, the value is outstanding; the property was so wonderful that we didn’t want to leave.
