Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LibyaIt wasn't my first visit to Paris, but it was the best and the most wonderful, and I will definitely repeat the experience. All the staff were very kind, especially the assistant front office manager, Mr. Moez Habib. I am very grateful to him for helping us, as I made a mistake in the reservation date, but he and the staff made our stay happy. They were welcoming to my child, who enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed pampering my feet in the spa , I will definitely book this place again and again ❤️

The staff we so warm, friendly and welcoming. From the moment we stepped foot in the door there was nothing they would not do for us. The concierge was so knowledgable about Paris, and the support they provided about times to visit tourist sites and how to get the best out of the visit, was amazing. Finally - the location! No words could describe how beautifully convenient the hotel it is. Waking up and opening the window where the first thing you see is the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, is something I will forever cherish. Well done Hôtel Barrière Fouquets - you delivered everything you promised in your promotional collateral.
