How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

very small and mediocre room for the price I payed but it was ok for a place to rest/sleep for the night and leave right away in the morning.
location situed near the highway exit. safe parking for the car thanks to the gate entry. Friendly staff. AC in the room during summertime.

Clean, a good place to stop on a long road journey, as it is away from the city, next to the main road, with free parking. Rooms were clean but small

Remote location to the center affected even more as tram circulation affected by works. I would recommend to have a car
Overall good value for money. Bed relatively comfortable. Breakfast good overall. Friendly staff. Airco particularly appreciated during this warm week-end

The breakfast comprises of small croisants, pain au chocolat, bread, some Yougurt, juice and coffee, that's not worth the extra money 'in my opinion.
It's a budget hotel that i think caters mainly for commercial / business /trades people who just need clean simple "overnight accommodation", while working away. Or people like me who are on a tight budget and passing through. Don't bring your girl along or anyone you want to impress, that won't work here. It's located in Cenon, close to the motorway and a tram line direct to Bordeaux city centre is a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel. I used this hotel several times now as an overnight stop. Its all About the price with this one.

Hotel reception was closed on arrival at 13.40 and had a 'strict' check in from 14h as the receptionist didn't arrive until 13.57pm. So there was not the remotest chance of checking in. Consequently, check in was slightly 'disorganised'. There were issues with the customer ahead of me. I went to check in, but my wife also had to come in and prove ID. We were not told about the entrance gate closing at night or the code to get in - so were 'locked out' on our return. Fortunately, there was a person on duty when I called to provide the code. That needs to improve
A basic level hotel with easy access off the autoroute and a short walk from the tram to get into Bordeaux. Room was OK.

Its a budget hotel, has basic accommodation, is clean, functional, seems mainly to cater for business users and is located in a commercial zone. On the plus side, the tram line to Bordeaux center runs right next to it. Ideal low cost stop over or place to stay when visiting the city.

The flimsy construction that due to the general low number of guests didn’t reveal itself to be a problem.

Perhaps refreshments such as kettle for making tea / coffee.
The hotel was extremely clean and spacious. Perfect for our overnight stay. Had the option to get a continental breakfast if wanted too. Excellent customer service and communication.

I only recommend it for a short trip (1 or 2 nights maximum). The rooms are tiny and the bed is not very comfortable. At least the AC was working, and there was free parking. Even though it is close to a highway, there isn't much noise. The staff is okay.
